(last post warning)
Autumn is a lovely name. *he noticed the drop in her smile as apparently she was thinking of something* I love the season you're named after. The weather is always nice...Just like you I suppose. *he smiled at her*
Now, it's late and we have to find your family early tomorrow, as I'm sure they'll be worried to death about you. You get some rest, and tomorrow, we'll get you home safely. *he snorted a little bit and laid his head down, his eyes didn't close those. He would stay up for most of the night keeping watch for dangers, but, at least the filly could rest peacefully* Good night, Autumn.

"Thank you. I like the name Scythe if only i could pronounce it, or even know what it means." She giggled at herself and smiled before looking around. "Thank you, Nicole would say that too" Nicole always told Autumn she was as nice as the season. But, it gets old, although hearing it from a different person makes it feel even more special. "Good Night Scythe. And thank you. I'm sure Nicole will thank you in the morning for my safe return" Autumn giggled and rolled over.
The thought of returning was not too pleasant Autumn wanted to stay away from saftey, be adventurous! Explore, but everywhere she goes there's and adult to tell her what to do and what not to do. Somehow she did not feel blocked from freedom by Scythe. He was nice to her and when she grew up she would be glad to still have him as a friend.
Autumn closed her eye's but her mind swept with the powerfull imagination she had. She had not long ago met this stallion and he took over the place of protector. Soon Autumn would be grown but, she enjoyed ehr childhood more than many others did. It was hard for her to go through a half absent father and having almost two mothers. Nicole and her real mother Tally. Her brother Caully could be such a pain but, half of his frustration was her fault.

*Scythe had slept lightly for part of the night, but for the majority he just rested with his eyes closed as he listened to the sounds outside the cave. Tomorrow he would be meeting new Soquili when he escorted Autumn to her family..."What will they think of me?"...he sighed softly. He wasn't much for crowds or strangers, the new day could bring both. He hoped Autumn's family wouldn't be too hard on her for staying out all night, at least she wasn't alone and had remained safe.
She was such a spirited filly who really seemed to enjoy life in all it's glory. Scythe could learn many lessons from her if he really paid attention. He knew that looks werent' everything, but they were part of the first impression. His first meeting with this young filly gave him hope though. She didn't so much as take a step back when she finally looked at him. Scythe smiled. Maybe the others would take to him as well, maybe he had been ashamed for nothing.
The dawn was breaking, they should be moving soon. He looked over at Autumn where she slept. She had slept straight through the night. He struggle slightly to get his legs under him and to stand up, he walked to the entrance of the cave and peered out as the sun began to peek over the horizon, waking the birds and other creatures of the earth.* A new day...

Autumn who rarely sleeps at all bounced up the second the sun rose and a voice softly spoke. Nicole would probley greet this stallion nicely of course the only thing that worried Autumn was what Scythe might think of Nicole.
Nicole grew up alone with a suductive sister who left her as they grew. Being told this story by Nicole, she thought Nicole should go hide under a rock but, she always stook it out strongly.
She looked her head and jumped to her feet cantering over to Scythe and jumping him then sticking her face in Scythe's "Wake UP!" She squeled and backed up. Then ran out of the cave and out to watch the sun rise.
"Scythe! I see home! Come OOONNNN!!!! Hurry, Hurry, Hurry!!" She squeled trotted back and forth on the rock floor her hooves clanking slightly. It would be at least half a day till they reached where Nicole was. So if they went fast it would still be light and Scythe could maybe stay longer. The thought made Autumn want to sprint but she tried waiting.

Whoa now...hold on, the birds are barely awake! *he laughed heartily as he watched the young filly bounce around so full of life. Scythe was actually quite excited about meeting Autumn's family. Surely they would be as much fun as she.*
You see home already? *he peered out over the horizon* Well, it must not be far at all then. *he snorted, then shook the dirt from his coat* Well....Off we go then!
*Scythe was glad to see Autumn in a playful mood, he lifted his legs high and pranced like a royal stallion in hopes of getting a laugh. He knew this pace would be much too slow for Autumn, but it was fun* M'lady *he stopped and bowed, waiting for Autumn to lead the way* Ladies first.

"Prancing wont get you anywhere!!" She giggled as she flew past the bowing stallion and looked over at the horizon with him. "Thank you good sir." She replied in an effort to bow back but it looked more like a trip since she was moving so fast. It would be a long time before they reached home prancing. So the only wrong move was to say ladies first. On Autumns que she flew down the hill into a big stretch on the grasslands and towards the river. Only stumbling once or twice which made her quite proud.
"Come on Scythe!!" She yelled behind her but, the wind blurred some of the language and she was hoping he would have heard her and speed up. The filly was not that fast so even at a slow lope anybody would be able to catch up with her. But, she could last long distances at this speed. Leaping over the small creak f water she immediatly stopped and turned around awaiting the slow poke. She giggled at her own thoughts, which looked weird since it seemed she was giggling at nothing.
((Do you think when they reach I should put in Nicole? Or when they reach home do you want to end the RP? I dont mind eaither way))

*Scythe took up a easy lope as the filly bounded down the hillside, he heard her say something but didn't quite catch it all as she had made a large head start*
I'm coming! I'll die if we go far at that speed! *he laughed and continued on. He was in good shape, so the distance wouldn't really bother him, he was just use to a slower pace*
*Scythe smiled as he saw Autumn laughing in the distance, 'At least she's having fun.' He soon caught up with her, moving along at her speed* So how far is home?
(It's up to you really. These are your mares. *grins* I'd like to meet Nicole, but if you have another rp to head too, that's fine. *nods*)

((I'll put in Nicole when we get there ^^))
Autumn smiled when Scythe caught up, she took off agian and kept by his side. Throwing her head a couple times excitedly. "Home?" Autumn looked around before they came to a hill. She pumped as hard as she could to get over it and as soon as she did, there was a teepee in the distance. "Home!" She squeled and took a second to catch her breath before thundering down the hill.
"Hehehehe!" She giggled and laughed, squeling many times at some stumbles as she went down the hill. At the bottom of the hill she slowed to a stop to wait for Scythe and catch her breath. Panting heavily she looked up at the stallion and threw her head around. "Hurry!"

*he laughed and trotted along, hitting a canter now and then to kep up* You have to remember I'm not so young anymore, Autumn! *he laughed and whinied a bit as he made his way down the hill. In the distance he saw the teepee, he had never seen on of those before* Is -that- home? *he stopped at the bottom of the hill looking cautiously...What kind of soquili lives there?...he had yet to see a human*

Autumn smiled and whinnied towards Scythe when he stopped. "Come on!!" She squeled her indian was out for the day and it was just Nicole that would be there. Which caused the problem.
Up on a hill stood a white mare, golden swirls fall down her legs and one lay under her light magenta eye. Her golden hooves shone in the sunlight that was left as she slowly paced back and forth looking around. Once she caught site of Autumn she galloped to her side and nipped at her mane gently but, getting the message across. "Autumn you were supposed to be home by sundown of yesterday." She snorted.
Nicole usually was a serene and gently mare so Autumn got that she was upset. "Nicole, I was just out with Scythe. He kept me safe!" She exclimed proudly and smiling brightly. trying to escape her way out of any trouble.

*Scythe stopped as Nicole approached, she let her have her words with Autumn. She was a stunning mare! Scythe didn't know whether to step in, or to let Autumn take her punishment...He shook his head and snorted a bit...he liked Autumn, and he would have refused to let her walk home in the dark anyway*
Ma'am...*he took a few steps forward* Please don't be too harsh on her. It's -my- fault she didn't make it back. It was late afternoon and we were far, I wouldn't let her go through the wood at night. *he looked at Autumn, like, 'just agree'*

Nicole looked over to the stallion and sighed. "Well, thank you for caring for her. She did need someone or she might have befriended a mountian lion this little twit." She ruffled her mizzle into Autumn's mane jokeingly and then turned to the stallion agian. "Would you like to stay a while?" The question was rather blunt and random but, Nicole would thank this stallion whether he wanted it or not.
Autumn smiled and swooshed her tail, it had seemed she escaped her way out of trouble. It wouldn't madder anyway, Nicole would have forgotten by tommarrow. "Come on Scythe STAY!" The little filly squeled with excitment and ran towards the Teepee.

*Scythe looked from Nicole to Autumn...he shifted his weight to the other side and laughed with Autumn pleaded* I..I don't know that I should. *he looked over to the teepee curiously, then back to the two ladies* I'm not much of company, I just...I just wanted to make sure that she got home safely. *he offered his best smile...which was still ackward*
(Horzez, I won't be on much, if any until Sunday afternoon. I have relatives in town.)

((Dont worry i'm leaving for 4 days to go to the desert))
Autumn smiled and then nodded her head slowly. "come on! Pleeeeeeeaaasssee?" Autumn could have continued pleading but, she was taught not to.
Nicole shook her head and flipped her purple curly mane and then looked at Scythe. "I dont quite know what you are but, are you one of those mer soquili?" She questioned it nicely after that she nodded. "It is your wish or not to stay. We would love to have you though"

*Scythe couldn't help but to smile and let out a laugh at Autumn's pleading*
Mer? What do you mean? *he turned, looking back to Nicole. She seemed very nice, and it would be nice to make friends with those who weren't afraid of him*...And....And I would like to stay. *he said slowly and very shyly* But...But only if you're sure it's ok.
