((alright, let's start))
Malkior lie on his bed up in his room, staring blankly at the ceiling, …I slipped up last time…they found the bodies… he tilted his head to the left and stared blankly at the steam rising from his cup of tea, …the couple wasn’t as ‘lively’ as I had hoped…I was too weak to burn them this time…
the thought of those that had recently ‘left’ the new group crossed his mind. He had given them all tea the first day, three random cups contained a powerful sleeping drug, it didn’t matter who got it, just as long as he got a few lively people. He locked them in the room he had especially for times like this. The room was virtually soundproof, tucked underground near the boiler room in the basement. When they awoke from their drug induced sleep, he told them the key to their release had to do with the mirrors all over the room. A smile crossed his face as he left the room, they were staring at the mirrors, and he slowly felt his ‘life’ returning to him.
He got up slowly, …that’s a mistake I won’t make again… the bed squeaked slightly as he got up. His mind wandered to his other guests, he had allowed them to explore the mansion freely, the only thing off limits was the basement. ….they seem respectful enough…I’m sure they’ll heed my words… he left the room and s**t the door behind him, cup of tea in his hand, and set off down the hallway.
((no one go in the basement, alright?...at least not right now.))

Riley pushed her white headband up through her short red hair. She offered a little smile to the others in the group before looking closely at a painting. Her ears caught a sound of someone coming down stairs. Silently she turned to watch the stairwell.
" Its so dark..." She said softly to herself. Her lithe hand reached up to the dolphin pendant around her neck.

Riley spun, startled, not expecting anyone to answer her. She smiled again, her eyes glittering with friendliness.
" I'm not sure we've met yet...I'm Riley Herrison." The young woman offered her tanned hand.

the red haired girl looked startled,then she smiled.
"I'm kyoko its nice to meet you." she said in a voice more cheerful then she felt.
Kane said nothing. Not really what you would call a people person, he stood a few feet away from the group.

Kane leaned up against the wall, arms crossed. so far no one had payed any attention to him.....good it was better if people just left him alone. he snorted in contempt at the cheer filled greetings of the others. what a bunch of losers! he thought to himself.

Riley put her hands on her hips and smiled brightly. She tossed her hair and walked up to Kane. " Hey. I'm Riley...You don't look like you belong here...What's your name?" The girl adjusted her shirt and offered her hand to the boy.

Malkior smirked as he came around the corner, "such lovely greetings, and yet i believe you've never once introduced yourself to me..." for goo measure, he pretended to pout and said, "...that's seems a bit rude, don't you think?..."
he couldn't keep the pout for long and he smiled, "As you may or may not already know, i am Malkior Richmond, owner of this so called 'haunted house'." he gave a slight bow in greeting to be polite, "are you all enjoying your stay here?...or..."he began to add with a sarcastic tone, "...have the ghosts stolen your soul yet?" he laughed at his own joke, the mortal mind is so much fun to play with...
