Judyfay Sins Yu-utsu my point is, if you were running something the way that those two are, and someone just decided to announce infront of everyone that they arent happy with the way you do things you would be a bit put off. if there is an issue it would be more empathetic to voice your concerns in private, rather than dragging it into such a public forum Which also brings to mind another concern I have had. Since miss TB is gone. And Shao is sort of... MIA as far as Editing, and the Guild go; I think perhaps we could use more mods. Not alot, maybe 1 or 2, Especially with vorty being on Vacation with you, and Shocktv3 being on shore leave. We don't even have a fox to guard the henhouse. So umm... I nominate Potto and Mercy xd i think shock and vorty are perfectly capable of running the place even if they are in various places for brief stints. i'm not too certain where shock is, but there are probably computers there, and vorty is in canada, he hasnt gone back to the dark age, there is a comp at my place with internet running 24/7

Crud, what have I gotten myself into xd I meant no fence in this topic Yu, its just this topic has been brought up before, and I thought now that everyone was on summer vacation, it'd be a perfect time to bring it back to mind. And with my past experience in forums, I knew that bumping the old thread wouldn't bring up that much attention, so I made a new thread with a more attractive title. I'm not questionning in any way Vorty's way of running things, hey it might even be a nice surprise to see that the guild didn'T crumble while he was gone and instead kept on moving forwards.

Hmm...I see both sides of the Mod-argument. On one hand Shock and Vorty are doing a swell job and this guild doesn't require much matinence. On the other it would be nice to have back-up mods to fall upon when they are away or would simply prefer to be indisposed.
But that's not what this thread is for! *Pats Judyfay's head*
I would also like to add that I have always enjoyed out temporary banner. Can we just take off the "Temp" sign and then switch it up every Jam or so?

Hey guys! I'm back! Canada's been great, just celebrated canada day.
You should just SEE all the floppy heads and beady eyes out here! Not to mention Kraft Dinner
Anyway, it's an idea that's been rolling around in my head for a while, agreed, the temp banner has been there for too long and does give the guild a "half baked" appearance. (even though most people it seems don't like to check the homepage, especially the applicants xp )
I've been thinking of interesting things to put up on the homepage, seeking aid from shock, and have been playing with some designs that would make it a little bit more lively than just a banner + text.
If you just bear with me a while, I'll let you all know when I've decided on the next course of action.
Thanks for keeping the guild rolling without me. I would, however, appreciate some correspondance when decisions are to be made. ta!
