Leaning to one side she thought for awhile, "It must be difficult... to have the weight of another life on your shoulders... to be depended by something as important as life."
Coming back to reality Ayane clapped her hands, "So, what would you like to do? I have movies, games, cookies, anything,"

"Actually...I don't think she knows...Rosiel said something about it..." Blackfeather said as she looked at the date. "That time of year already? I can't believe it's almost Hallow's eve....I wonder how my family is doing..."

Giving a small smile she sighed, "Family, such a beautiful thing..." Ayane turned around and told Blackfeather to back up for a moment. "Since it's Hallow's Eve I do think redecoration is in order,"

She took a deep breath and closed her eyes. While her hands were moving in confusing patterns the house seemed to shift as the greens and browns on the walls and tables seemed to melt into thin air. And pumpkins, candles, and dashes of orange and black replaced the missing decorations.
Ayane opened her eyes and let her hands fall to her side. Gazing at the scene for a moment she smiled, "Perfect."

She plopped onto the couch with a big oomph. Letting out a large sigh she gave a small grin to Blackfeather, "It depletes me of my energy though..."
Ayane closed her eyes, "Hope you don't mind me taking a small nap..." and in the matter of seconds she fell into a deep sleep.

"Good night my friend" Blackfeather said as night fell upon the land. She left a note and then left her friend to sleep. She had other things to attend to.

Ayane stumbled back into her home stifling a yawn. "Too tired..." she mumbled as she climbed the spiral staircase up to her room. The room seemed to be spinning as she plopped herself onto her bed and snuggled into the sheets.

Sunlight streamed into the room as she groaned and rolled off the bed. Her dark eyes stared at the ceiling and she mumbled something incoharent.
Sighing Ayane took a quick shower then brushed her teeth. She was dressed in a red and gold kimono with lillies imprinted onto it. She let her long black hair flow loose and she grabbed her fan from the counter. Her chest was pounding as she stopped in front of the basement doors.
'I'm coming Father,' She stepped inside and quickly locked the door behind her.

Blackfeather walked up to Ayane's home and knocked on the door. She sora felt silly to how much she was wearing. She was wearing a dress for one thing that was black and underneath white. It was tied up in the back and she was wearing boots and her mother's cross and not to mention her hair was tied up in a white bow. Her dragon wings were out and she was wearing make-up "Ayane...I've come for your answer..." She said as she looked at the ground...Blushing.

Ayane heard Blackfeather's call from upstairs over the roaring of flames. She made a quick but elegant bow and gave a small apologetic smile to her father. Running upstairs she quickly tore off her kimono to reveal some clean clothes that had not been affected by the smothering ash and flames.
She locked the door behind her as she opened her front door to see Blackfeather dressed up very nicely and blushing. "My answer is yes, I would love to go with you to confront your father," Ayane said all in one breath.

Blackfeather looked up and nodded. "Thank you...I'm sorry to say that we must leave today... get ready I will be waiting here for you..." Blackfeather said as she tried not to sneeze in Ayane's presents. She could smell the fire but didn't mention anything about it since she didn't want to intrude in her friend's private matters. But she had o make sure Ayane understood something. "Wash yourself up and put on your best...I know it seems odd....but my father likes it that way...If you are female you have to sorta...dress up before entering his presents..."

Ayane gave a small smile, "I understand, and don't worry I won't be long. Please come in and make yourself at home."
She took a quick shower and dressed into a long smooth silk red dress with a V shape cut. It had long sleeves with a gold thread twisting upon it transforming in a cherry blossom. Around her neck was golden choker with a red bead dangling from it. She put her long black hair up into a side bun with a red and black flower clip.
The earth user hurried down to where Blackfeather was at.

"Come...we need to go" Blackfeather said as she grabbed her bag. She seemed nervous as she began to walk out the door
