My gosh...I did not realize that these comics spurned so much debate!
What if, just a thought here, the pilot is no person who poses any real importance! And the people shooting at them are just a plot device and the reason the plane is so fortified is because the pilot is smart!!! eek

Yeah, the pilot is pretty awesome. xd I really hope DB doesn't kill him off later (or at least "too soon"). I'd watch what the crazy bugger does for awhile.
