"Ari-kun said the same thing when I first said Ari-chan to him." She giggled. "If you want I'll call you Sonia. I'm sorry my owner told me about this place called japan and she started to tell me about adding kun chan and other things onto others names."
"Sorry why? I can stop calling you Sonia-chan if you want. " If seemed everyone thought -chan and -kun where weird but why?

So, it seemed he wasn't the only one who thought Toki's habit of adding -chan to the end of everyone's names was weird. He was starting to get used to it, though, and he really didn't see the point in saying anything against it, since it was sort of a good thing.
"I see...I wonder where those surface piercings will be?" The idea of getting his neck pierced sounded dangerous, though, since the neck was one of the most vulnerable parts. He was going to avoid that if he could, though.
"Hello, Toki, Sonia, my name is Rina."
She hadn't heard about what modifications Anrea had planned for her yet, but she was sure that some were coming. Maybe a tattoo would look nice...Most of her fur was a grayish white color, and so a black tattoo would look really good, she thought.

"Nice to meet you Rina-chan. I like your pattens." She giggled.
"Ari-kun is very lucky to have a sister like you!" Toki smiled then saw her brother. "Ichigo!"
"Eh? What do you want now?" He asked annoyed.
"I want you to meet my friends."

"Thank you. Your patterns are very pretty."
"Yes. I could have someone like Keandra for a sister," Ari said, with a bit of a smile. Keandra, while calmer than Anrea, still had her hyper moments, and he really would not want to have to deal with her on a day to day basis.
"Who is Keandra?"
"Someone I know who is rather hyper."
"I see. Should that really be enough for you to dislike her, though?"
"Yes. I don't particularly like hyper people."
"No, it should not be. You need to learn how to deal with all sorts of people, not just the ones who act in a way you like."

"Kendra is nice. She's really bubbly too." She giggled then looked at her brother as he walked over.
"This is my brother Ichigo."
"Yeah yeah..." He said as he flicked his tail to Toki.

"She is nice. Just a bit too hyper." Maybe his sister was right, and he would have to get used to different sorts of people, even hyper ones. That would be difficult, though.
"I would like to meet this Keandra, if she is that nice."
Rina flicked her tail back and forth in front of her face, since she was feeling a little fidgety.

"So? Hyperness it what makes her really cool." She giggled.
"She should be coming here later probably. I hope so anyways."
Toki looked at Ichigo. "This is Rina-chan and Ari-kun. Ari-kun and Rina-chan this is my Onii-chan Ichigo."
"Yeah hi." He said annoyed by Toki already.

Head spinning, Sonia wrapped her tail more tightly around her. She couldn't follow the discussion when it ran this fast. Settling for silence, she watched the newcomer Ichigo carefully and noted that she hadn't been introduced. ...Did that mean she was out of the conversation? She supposed it must. Damn. And she'd been doing so well, too.
Ichigo was snappish, intimidating. She wasn't sure she liked him too well. Toki spoke too loudly for her taste - it was making her ears hurt. Ari seemed pleasant enough, though perhaps he knew too much about her, and Rina...Rina was pretty. She liked her calm, quiet voice and smooth movements: there was little to startle her, little to grate on her nerves. ...But perhaps she was right. Perhaps it was necessary to endure Toki's exuberance and Ichigo's scowling face.
"...Rina, Ichigo, glad to meet you both," she said softly. "I'm Sonia, Ichigo, I think Toki missed me out of the introductions because I've been so quiet... And...oh, Ari, I'm sorry - surface piercings, you were saying? I think you can put them in most places, but the ones I've seen have only been here, just above a paw..." She gently touched the spot she meant with her tail. "They look good, I think, but...I'm not sure if I'd want them. They might get in the way of bracelets and things."

Kendra strode into the surrounding area, which was full of young foxes, chatting away noisily. She tipped her ears flat back, cringing a bit at the ruckus, hoping she hadn't been quite this loud when she was a pup. Oh wait, she had been. At this point in time however, she was feeling very calm, just in the mood to take a pleasant walk around, search for some new males perhaps. She stepped carefully, lightly placing each large paw down, the pads of her feet flattening any grass they touched. Presently she came near to the pups, and sat down on her bottom, tail held up high, almost parallel to her back. She picked up her front paw and slowly began grooming, licking gently.

"Oh I'm so sorry Sonia. please forgive me. I am really truly sorry Sonia. " She bowed her head really sorry that she had forgotten one of her new friends. She felt so bad. Toki's tail curled around her back right leg.
"Oh? Well at least you seem quiet. Toki calm down. Your voice is like when Tails told us about humans with long nails scratch a chalkboard. It hurts ears." Well Toki was annoying as ever and Sonia and Rina looked nice and quiet. Ari looked okay.
"Oh sorry Onii-chan. I didn't know." Toki looked up and saw Kendra grooming herself. "Kendra." She smiled as she saw another one of her friends.

Kendra raised one eyebrow, confused. She had never seen Toki seem so sorry before! She must have done something awful from the looks of her face. She decided to walk over, check out the situation. She heaved her body up, and paced over to the pups. "Hi guys. What's the matter, Toki?" Kendra questioned, hoping they didn't think her intrusive, barging in their conversation like this.

"Kendra-chan! I had forgotten to introduce Sonia. And Onii-chan told me I had a loud squeaky voice. But Onii-chan is always like that. But i am really sorry i forgot to have Onii-chan meet Sonia."
"It's not my fault you where born that way and it's not my fault I was born annoyed." He looked up. "Wait who are you?"

"Aww, it's okay Toki," Kendra tried to say in a consoling tone. "And hi there, I'm Kendra. What do you go by...?" She said, turning to the lightly colored fox. She hadn't seen this pup around before, and was eager to meet him. Kendra always liked new friends. At least, so far she had anyway.

At the arrival of the newcomer, Sonia had to bite her lip fairly firmly to prevent her jaw from dropping. Toki's profuse apologies faded into the background.
...oh, wow.
It was a matter of several tense, drawn-out seconds before she took proper notice of the ear piercings, despite that she had never seen the style before. They made a bold statement. She ought to have marked them sooner, but what could she have done? Her gaze had been caught upon the soft blue fur, upon the elegant gait and neat markings, and - this most of all - upon the gleam of metal at the juncture of sleek throat and smooth chest.
"...Ari?" she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "That...is a Madison."
And on what a vixen. The name - Kendra - sank into her thoughts like so much treacle, sweet and dark and decadent. This, then, was a crush. She wondered why she hadn't got around to having one before.
...oh, no, was she talking to her? It was hard to tell who she was looking at. Swallowing hard in an attempt to dislodge the feathery lump in her throat, Sonia raised one trembling paw and pointed cautiously at herself.
...please let her mean someone else...

"Thanks Kendra. You are a really great friend." Toki smiled. "Kendra, this is Sonia, Rina-chan, Ari-chan, and my Onii-chan Ichigo. Sonia Rina and Onii-chan came not to long ago." She smiled as she looked at Kendra. A moment later she looked at Sonia. "Sonia? Are you okay?"
"..." He looked at the bit of a hyper Toki. She never quit being sweet and everything huh?
