She nodded, listening as she twisted her hair up off from her neck and secured it into a long ponytail.
'Well I'm glad we are going the right way at least,' she said. Well the scenery was nice, and she was with Silver - although being in woods always made her feel a certain way. She smiled inwardly - now wasnt the time for anything like that.

Silver leads the way, moving slower than before, more cautious now that he is in unknown territory. After about half an hour or so, they come to where the bridge across is supposed to be. All that is left is the four ropes that supported it to either side. Silver blinks a little. "Well, this is going to be interesting. I hope your not afraid of highets love." Silver gently tugs on the ropes, then harder, finding them sound. He digs out a rope from his pack, tying it around himself and handing it to Sati. "Hold on to this for incase I fall." He takes off his pack, tying a second rope around it, then around his waist to pull the pack across later. He then steps out onto one of the ropes, using the top rope for balance, slowly inching his way across.

'Ok now is the time I should use my power,' she muttered, holding onto the rope, and paying it out as he crossed. She watched with baited breath as he went further out across the drop.

Silver smiled a little, moving easily, slowly inching along till he reaches the other side, standing on solid ground again. He shouted back across the ravine. "TIE THE ROPE AROUND YOURSELF NOW< AND COME ACROSS! I"LL ANCHOR YOU OVER HERE, THEN WE WILL PULL THE PACKS ACROSS!"

She nodded, tying the two packs together with the end of the rope and leaving them on that side. She slid onto the rope, doing the same thing as Silver had done, moving her feet along the bottom rope as she held ont the top. She looked straight ahead of herself, not even wanting to look down as the ropes swayed under her.

Silver held onto the two ropes, praying to the powers that be that nothing bad happened.

Sati made it to the other side and sat down heavily, her legs shaking.
'I really should have just vanished over to here.' she said.

Silver shakes his head. "It wouldn't have worked. The moment we reached this spot, something dropped over us, blocking our powers. Now its lifted again. Seems each challenge has to be surpassed using what we have at hand." Silver chuckles, pulling the packs across, putting his on again. "Want to rest a moment before going on? We still have a few hours walk to reach the base of the mountains, then I was planning on pausing a moment for lunch."

'I'm okay,' she said, breathing deeply until she lost the jelly feeling in her limbs. She just wasnt good at heights. Somehow she knew that she would be tested this way during their journey. She stood again, hefting her pack onto her back again.
'Okay, lets go.'

Silver nods, and least them on a northeastern path, heading closer to the mountains nearby, setting a slightly faster pace then before, keeping an eye out for danger, stopping every 30 minutes or so to check the map and compass, sometimes adjusting their course.

Sati followed, keeping up with Silver as best as she could. Regardless of who she was, she did not have the same amount of energy that he did -she smiled as she remembered how energetic he was as a child - and she was getting tired. <********..' she swore, as her ankle turned on a rock hidden in thick grass. She stumbled, and dropped her pack.
'Damnit..' she mumbled, kneeling and rubbing at it through the leather of her boot.

Silver stopped immedietly, turning to go to Sati's side. "Crap. Are you okay love?"

'Its..' god now she felt like the weak girly.
'Its my ankle, I think I twisted it.' she sat down, pulling off her boot. Her foot was red on one side, and she touched it gingerly.
'Owww..'

Silver set down his pack, digging out some bandages, wrapping them tight around Sati's foot, being as careful as he can. He then attaches Sati's pack to his own, and lifts her in his arms, smiling a little. "Seems I'm goinna carry you there after all." He kisses her gently, and starts walking, slowly, in the direction they where headed, keeping an eye out for trouble.

'Yes because I feel better about being a burden,' she said, frowning. She was upset with herself for being clumsy and stayed silent for a while, just holding onto him as he wended his way along.
