no. the only cards that people can't use in this tournament are exodia and the other god cards

just saying, If you dont like to follow the dueling rules, then dont duel. that is that, no exceptions.

now hold on just a sec: Exodia isn't a god card. the combo's hard enough to pull off that's it's not even banned in advanced format, so why is it outlawed here in a trad-format tourney? (note: I can't stand traditional format, and so I'll most likley abstain from participating)

mentalmute then ;earn to duel by both that only makes you a better duelist hwen you can adapt to who your fighting and teh rules you play by it's not a matter of learning to play both ways, it's about some cards being simply way way way too powerful. The existance of such cards completly changes how the game works, and change it from a game of stratagy to a game of dumb luck where a lucky draw on the part of you opponent (I.E. pot of greedXreigeki+harpie's feather duster) can completly undo the most perfect defence.

I make it a rule that everyone must be honest but some people probably cheat so if someone drew all five cards they could have cheated. There is no way to tell and I would just rather avoid the problem all together.

I would enter the tournament but this seems to have turned into a mess so this tournament is cancled and we will have a new one in two or three weeks from tomorrow. If everyone can try to get as many members involved that would be great. I will make a new thread to sign up in or just post now after this post if you want to be involved. Do not post telling me that you do not want to because you dont liek the tournament format or so on because I just dont care and thats a waste of space. I wont start the tournament until we have at least 15 duelists.
