You forgot to mention that you will need your windows xp cds in order for Japanese to become optional and ready to load! So if Japanese isn't in your languages don't freak, you just need to pop your cd in and wala. Also, you will need to restart your computer in order for the language bar to show up and work.

I've had this computer and so windows xp for about 2 years. But now there is absolutely no hope of me finding that cd...(what with 2 little siblings around the house..). Is there any way around not having the XP cd..?

The key to this seems to be to have the Windows XP cd. I've had this computer for about two years and am new on Gaia. And I can say there is no chance of finding this cd...(what with 2 little siblings around the house). Is there any other way to be able to see kanji/hiragana(don't know the correct term)....or is all hope lost.?
