Tazome I think Hinata will talk to Sakura about it and then after their attempts to get Naruto to notice Hinata, Sakura just tells him because he is so CLUELESS. Then they'll eventually get together. xd What, can't Naruto find out himself? He's a ninja after all, so he should learn about emotions, body language and what not... It doesnt sound Ninja-ish, but it helps... sweatdrop

That's hard. Well, I definitly want their love to build. Real love just doesn't go poof! and then they're in love, it must take time. So, what I would like to happen is for Naruto to realize how Hinata feels about him, then make a decision whether or not he would return her feelings.
Once he does, he'd just start trying to talk to her. It would be really awkward at first, but then eventually they would get used to each other, and spend some more time together. Soon enough, they'd be seen around the village, eating ramen, Hinata laughing whenever Naruto got mad or frustrated, holding hands and just loving each other. Of course, it would be much more elaborate than that, but that's just my basic picture of it. ^-^

Since the chances of Hinata telling Naruto how she feels is slim to none, I figure that something will happen that causes naruto to notice Hinata in a way that could possibly lead to romantic feelings. Naruto has to first see Hinata in a new light, so to speak, and realize that their is more to her then the shy, quiet and (in his opinion) strange Kunoichi he see's her as currently. Once he has this epiphany, all that would most probably be needed is some more interaction between the two.
Once Naruto realizes his feelings for Hinata, we run into the next obstacle - Doubt. Naruto, not realizing Hinata has feelings for him, will start to doubt that the feelings are mutual. He might also come to believe that Hinata, being a Hyuuga, is 'out of his league'. He may also doubt that Hinata's family would let him be with Hinata, due to his status as the container of the demon fox. He may also start to think that if Hinata knew of the Demon imprisoned within him, she would come to think of him as a monster like the rest of the village. The only way to get around this is either a) Have Naruto realize several of these 'barriers' don't actually exist, or B(which I find much more probable) Naruto simply goes and tells her how he feels despite his worries.
If, at this point a relationship starts (which would most likely be the case), then Naruto would face criticism and disapproval from the Hyuuga clan. Though I doubt this would stop Naruto, that type of disapproval would be bound to affect their relationship.
