Shiro compares guys to Ian all the time.
XD
But I mostly use Ian as an art influance.
My friends outside of Gaia don't know who Ian is, so I just look like a freek to them, 'cause they think I'm talking about our friend whome is named Ian.
Now they think I have a crush on him, but I prefure guys who bathe. >.<

Personally, Ian doesn't exactly have a direct effect on my daily life. I'm still trying to figure out how to draw him properly (though once I do, it'll probably be around when I finally set up a DeviantArt account, so it'll probably end up spammed with sketches of him). The thing is, part of why I like Ian is that he reminds me a bit of the kind of guy I'd like to end up with someday - sweet, a bit nerdy, and quirky (sometimes defined as either crazy or spastic, I'm afraid).

I had a dream about Ian once as well... but it realy wasn't focused on Ian at all. The main focus was a giant, all-consuming snowstorm that threatened the very life of Ian and one or two other NPCs.... I forget exactly who else was in that dream.
I think I have some sort of mental issue that causes me to believe that being trapped in a snowstorm would be a great experience, because so far I've had at least one dream about people trapped in a snowstorm, and written 2 stories that include scenes like that. I came up with the idea for another snow story, one based on the gaia dream I had, but never wrote it. Consider the world lucky.

I know a guy who looks like Ian (I dated him for like...forever.) but a younger version. He's 15 and HAWT. But he didn't act like him much. The guy I'm dating now looks like a cross between him and Liam though 3nodding Plus he understands the bicep meme! whee whee
Anyway...back to original topic. Not much really...I'm thinking of making plushies of him and Rufus for sewing class though.

I bought the adorable little Ian keychain in the Gaia Store, and have it attached at all times to whatever bag I'm carrying. He watches over me. I got the gwee too. So cute! <3
Other than that, Ian hasn't been a major part of my daily life for a long time. I used to be a lot more obsessed a few years ago.

Want to use him for fanfics and a drawing I have in my head.
Oh, and at home I've been repeatedly talking about Ian... I think my little sister believed already that Ian was a real person (and my boyfriend) before she signed up to Gaia too. xd

I know this is going to sound weird, but I have, like, this one 'imaginary friend' .... and he's usually tall with short black hair and unnaturally calm ( and super frikin' sarcastic.)
But ever since I joined Gaia, he's gotten a little shorter, much sweeter, and his hair is a little longer.... and he won't respond to his original name, Toabin....
He only comes if I call him Ian... and he tends to twitch every now and again....
At this momment he's playing with my cat, Cali. Apparently she doesn't like to dance....
