Kivu stiffled a growl at Tibuka, and instead smoothed down his ears as he took everything in.
A pack. Numbers. Power.
He blinked. So, it seemed like they weren't after him for a brawl after all. With a slow and slightly hesitant nod, Kivu began to accept. Thinking (though not exessively hard, for he wasn't the thinking type), he looked the leader straight in the eye, as if weighing up his own options. Mafa's eyes mirrored strength, and he could see that she wasn't just someone to take lightly. After all, she was probably much more cunning than he, and to run away now would be extremely unwise... the odds were that he'd be pulled down before he'd passed the border. Suddenly, the idea of packlife seemed to be looking much more attractive to Kivu than ever before.
He cast a confused glance at the wild-dog. She looked rather out of place, an odd orange mutt, standing beside the hyenas. However, he shook this off without too much thought, and concentrated more on her words. Hrrrm, like the dog had said, everything would be useful. Everyone would serve a purpose. Working as team, his life mightn't be so hard - there would be food, shelter and hyenas to lean on. With a growing grin, the lanky hyena made his decision.
"Alright," he huffed, finally, dipping his head as he looked to his new alpha, "Strength in numbers, and all that jazz. Works for me. And I suppose you three wouldn't take no for an answer, anyway, so I suppose I'll have to say..."
He paused, and grinned, a tad arrogantly, relaxing his muscles. There was no need to be alarmed any longer. His life was probably about to change for good. Ripping into other animals would make for an exciting, interesting new life.
"...I'm in."

When finally the male seemed to decide to go the easy way, Tibuka sighed, not loudly, but finallly this one had made a desicion. "Good then. " He mumbled, mostly to himself, he readied himself to get off, rolling his shoulders a bit.
"If you were wondering, my name is Tibuka. " He said, he was good enough to announce his own name, the other could remember it. He looked to Mafa, waiting for her to say anything.
