*Retloc awoke with a start. He leaned forward with his hands over his face, then rubbed his eyes and looked around. Shinzo was leaning forward, drooling slightly. Retloc's attempted moss fire was smoldering on the ground. Tao...tao was still in his corner. Retloc sighed. It was so weird. How could Tao think him a betrayer? What in the world was going on? X was after them, Ksrugi was taken, Tom was evil, Shinzo's unconcious, and now Tao isn't making sense...Retloc laughed to himself ironically, then began to speak, assuming Tao didn't understand.Which he probably did.*
Every time I've gone on a "rescue mission' or went off to help, I always knew I had my friends with me. I'd have been trying to rescue them, or they would be fighting alongside me, but I always knew....I knew that I could depend on them.
I haven't....ever met anyone else I could say that about.
And now....in the hardest of times...I'm all alone.
Alone.
*Retloc nodded slowly, looking slightly preoccupied*

Taos' eyes were hazy from the lack of sleep. He had gotten used to it by now though and the black rings under his eyes seemed almost normal to him now. He sat there in the corner and listened to the words Retloc spoke- Tao knew what he said- he understood every word- he could still understand things well enough- forming the words was the problem. Tao pushed himself up, leaning on the wall for support he headed towards the door of the room. He coughed a little as he slid his body sideways across the wall, slowly placing one foot after the other so as not to stumble...

*Retloc looked up slowly and got up quickly. He went to Tao, trying to help him, ask him what he was doing.*
Tao...what are you doing?
*He tried to help Tao to walk, then hesitated. (This is something he'd made a bit of a habit of lately. He'd have to stop, a warrior can't hesitate.) Did Tao want his help?*

Tao continued to slide along the wall until he reached the door, he acted like Retloc wasnt even there. Tao stretched out his hand and grasped the handle to the office door and turned, he stumbled forward and onto his knees but determined as ever he struggled back up and made his way slowly and carefully out the door. He looked around all the while thinking to himself- where is it? Where could it be?

*Retloc, bewildered, followed Tao slowly out the door. He made up his mind to see where this was going, and help Tao if he ran into trouble. Like, say, the waterfall.*

Tao struggled down the corridor with a determined look in his eye as he noticed a door across the hallway- that was it- his destination. Retloc still followed him- Tao assumed he didnt him escaping to the outside- not that he would make it very far at the rate he was moving. Tao lunged across the hallway and his body hit the door with a slam, it swung open dropping Tao to the ground, he made nothing more than a muffled sound before kicking the door closed while he laid there on the ground. This was it- he was back in his own office now. He struggled to a drawer on the desk, his body being dragged along the ground and slid it open- he smiled for a moment before reaching his hand out and dragging himself upwards, he rested on the desk for a moment before lowering his hand into the drawer and bringing out some clothes from it. Time for a change he thought...

*Retloc decided to not follow Tao into his office. He'd come out when he felt like it. He was probably reminicing....or something.*

Tao had finished putting on some more appropriate clothing when he noticed the window in his office- it was shattered and the glass lay scattered around the ground. He made his way over to it and looked out across the grounds of Site B and smiled- this was his place- his baby, his precious. He shouldnt have been in Revival Inc he should have been here all along. This was his destiny- Site B. He mustered all the strength he could get- he was beginning to feel stronger since the previous night when he had been broken out of the facility where he was being kept. The drugs were probably working the way out of his system by now. He turned moving a little faster than usual and headed for the door...

*Retloc waited patiently, looking around quietly. He'd grown quite fond of this place. He never liked moving to Revival. It just wasn't the same. So, he began to hum.*

Taos' legs now steadier than they previously had been carried him to the door and as he opened it he heard a humming- it echoed into the corridors and brought memories streaming into the forefront of his mind. Tao shrugged it off, he had business to attend to. He exited the door and glanced at Retloc before shakily making his way down the corridor to the stairs. He peered down the stairwell and grimaced- if he fell here he would be screwed and he knew it. His body was gaining some strength back but not enough to take a fall down a flight of stairs and survive....

Tao felt a little more secure with Retloc by his side for some strange reason- a distant memory of trust perhaps. He continued on down the stairs and found himself on the ground floor, the front doors sat there- rustic and ancient looking. Tao made his way towards them and then exited the building, he turned to see if Retloc was still following him and then continued onwards. The cold wind that blew through the forested area and the grounds of the derelict sent chills down Taos spine as he walked further toward the main building.

Ksrugi walked into the office building and stopped to appreciate the decorations set out for the viewer's pleasure. He limped to his office and opened the door, nearly bursting ito laughter. His entire office was the same as before, and when he walked in the cot he left was still covered in the same old blanket. He sat on it and laid back, closing his eyes. Searchign for the others could wait. For all he knew, they could have gone to the Revival Inc building...

Shin pulled the bandage tight round his right arm, forming a knot with the loose ribbons. He moved his arm making sure the bandage wasn't totally cutting off the blood circulation in his arm!
Shinzo: "Hmmm ... oughta hold!"
Shinzo reached for the office door and made his way into the corridor connecting to the office. The place was similar to Project:6 and Revival Inc, he could spot the resemblance in design. Shinzo had never worked in this area so he didn't expect to find his own office ...
Shinzo: "Where am I?! I can't remember ... anything!"
Shin shook his head in an attempt to wake up any dormant memories of the events that took place prior to his awakening a short while ago! Shinzo couldn't remember anything, he could remember thrusting his hand through the Project:6 Obsevatory Steel Door but the instant after that was just blank. What had happened? and how had he ended up here?!
To help refresh his memory Shin decided to look around the offices ... he looked around and then headed for the nearest office, the door was ajar!
