God... please just be a stupid rumor that was made just to make us Whovians scared. This would be horrible having that thing be the Doctor? The Doctor solved problems by his whit and brains not violence, except a few times, to solve problems. He would put the series on the choping block again that is for sure if that is true. *crosses fingers*

England_Rule_In_Soccer This dude? This idiotic empty head? If he is the 11th Doctor, it's all over for me. It would be over for all of us. All over the country you would have countless Doctor Who fans involved in mass organised suicides, probably themed in some way that was based on the series.

The doctor is a pacifist... kinda... well, most of the time anyway, except for unavoidable situations where he quite often wipes out the last of an entire species but thats BESIDES THE POINT, the Doctor isn't a violent person. And as for sex appeal?? THAT GUY?? *vomits* I liked Doctor Who geeky, thankyou very much.

Or we could build a really elaborate looking execution-machine-thing. It could utilise the marvelous technologies of smoke machines, red and green lights, and a Big Special Tube. It'll be great!

While I think Jason Statham is hot as hell, he is no Doctor nor should he touch the role with a ten-foot pole.
But then again, Christoper Eccelsten had a similar acting portfolio before Doctor Who and he turned out to be one of my favorite Doctors. But Chris was more gritty than action-y. sweatdrop

I looked him up on IMDB.com, and I thought that he looks too scary. o_o;;;
Just the fact that he mostly plays thugs scares me. Him... as the Doctor? NO, not possible. Not gonna happen. Don't they want to stay true to most of the classic series?!?! T-T
