As far as a peaceful pride.. You completely settled Ausha in the wrong spot, if that's what you were after. The circumstances of the hyenas being shoved out didn't make them happy, and of course there will ALWAYS be plots underneath that'll try to overthrow the Maziko. I don't understand how you walked into the graveyard and thought that the result would be a peaceful pride, especially with someone like Mafa running the hyena clan further in.

As far as that runs, Runai's personality led him to the hyenas, and he'll do his best to help along. Of course nothing will be done without permission.. but it'd be foolish to assume that the Maziko's will be free from any threats regarding the hyenas. x____x; I'm not in any way trying to pick a fight about it. xD It's just pointing out the situation that they're all in at the moment, and what they've been set up for being in the territory that they are.

But as far as the royalty goes, which was originally the question at hand, that's fine, Bane. Can't say Rune'll do what Masika does, XD But he'll be around, if anyone needs him for some silly reason. xP

I wouldn't mind having a plot with the hyenas at some point. Just not while we're trying to rebuild. If something happened now, it would wipe out the entire pride and not in a good way. After some renovations and some new members, it would make for a much more interesting confrontation.

I just want the pride itself to be peaceful so there's not a little civil war AND the hyenas XP

Just for the record, when I brought Ausha to the graveyard it was just Mafa, no pride, no pack, nothing. I didn't know there'd be an eventual hyena pack, not that I particularly mind anyway, conflict can be interesting, just not when the pride is in a particularly shaky part of it's history. I know the hyenas ICly would never accept the lions, that was clear from the first day that Ausha met Mafa XD And I think the only reason I was worried was all the talk of takeovers and overthrowing the lions and such in case it became a reality, but again I see now that's unfounded and OOC plottage would preclude anything like that.

As for Runai/Masika and such having a higher rank like ladies and lords, that'd be fine by me but I don't think it'd make much difference since they are like the only other lions in the pride? razz But yes, they'd be higher ranked than new members by their blood link to the founders.

Anywhoo, I hope that's alright with everyone? Because if it is I'd like to pull out. Once all of this is ironed out I'm thinking of taking Ausha away from the graveyard if only because with him being so well known to the hyenas and at the same time a runty little midget, he'd be aware how dangerous it is for him, he likes the sound of retirement.

Chomo will still be around though for anyone so inclined to rp with him, at the very least till his kids grow.
