Yeah. Some guys don't classify as yaoi because they act way too straight (Wakka) or have no sex organs(Mickey). And then there are the guys that are way too ugly to be yaoi(Cid).

And mice have sex organs. XD
And beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There isn't just a category for ugly people and pretty people. I find Xaldin and Lexaeus attractive, despite popular opinion about their looks. D:

D:"Me and Tidus, we're going to do a little explorin' today." I die everytime I hear that. Wakka may have been harder to pair in FFX but in KH, it was open season! I found that he was easy to pair up wth pretty much anyone, even Riku and Sora (not my preference but I can kinda still see it). Theres such a thing as TronSora? 0.0

Some guys are straighter than others, but straight does certainly seem to be in the eyes of the beholder. In my opinion, Marluxia is straight (at least somewhat), but a gazillion people would argue me to the dirt on that point. It all depends on how you see it.
