Muujiza nodded, their words pulling her back from whatever daydream she had been on the verge of entering. "Yes, I agree," She said thoughtfully. She had always believed that no creature could be born hating the world. Hate was something that all creatures learned after they were born, be it as a cub from abusive parents, or simply from living life. Nobody lived a perfect life, and nobody lived without hatred for one thing or another. It simply wasn't possible. But hate was not an instinct. It was something that had to be learned, something that every creature born was destined to learn.
The green lioness considered it, wondering if Juke and herself would have a chance to meet the king and queen of this seaside pride soon. Or perhaps a prince or princess. She had never taken to pridal lions before, but the thought of meeting the royalty of this pride - or, indeed, any pride - had piqued her interest. She had lived all her life under the impression that all royalty did not know the true value of living in a pride, and all of them were snobs. Perhaps this would change, she mused. She certainly hoped so. She had always disliked holding a deep grudge for anything, especially when it was a stereotypical one. She had always thought herself to be friendly and open-minded. Perhaps she could prove it was true. She wanted to change her thoughts.

Shimah noticed the sun's position in the sky and this was her indication that it was time to head back. She looked at the two lions with a smile, "It was a pleasure to meet the two of you but I fear it is time for me to head back and get something to eat. I do hope I run into the two of you again!" Her golden eyes looked at each of them, memorizing their faces and names for if they were here and wanting to join the pride, perhaps that means she'll meet more lions. She took her leave and turn to head back to the little area that she was now calling her home.
((Thanks for the rp! biggrin ))

Nodding to Shimah as she spoke of leaving, Juke let his eyes wander back out to the horizon. The sunset must be quite the sight here, he mused, and well worth stayng near the water to see. Perhaps he and Muujiza could stay out for just a while longer, and then go off to try nd find some place to sleep. "Nice meeting you, too, Shimah." He smiled warmly, flicking his tail as always. "I'm sure we'll meet again." If they were to all join this seaside pride, it was almost certain they would run into eachother again. Especially if this was a particular small clan, which Juke would admit he wouldn't mind. A larger group might be harder for a rogue to slip into easily, while a smaller group offered more one on one time with others. Turning his head to Muujiza, that smile still planted on his maw, he couldn't help but chuckle. "Y'know, I think we really found a good place here..."
((Hrmm... Wanna have them talk about how nifty the beach is for a couple of posts and then end it, Moon? :3))

((Sounds good xD))
Muujiza nodded to Shimah with a gentle flick of her tail. "It was wonderful to meet you, Shimah," She said cheerily, regarding the other lioness's markings and thinking immediately of snakes and worms and the birds that preyed on them. "We will meet again," She said, too, adding her own words to Juke's as the lioness left.
Muujiza stared after the retreating lioness for a moment before realizing Juke had said anything. She jerked her head around and she blinked twice before managing to gather her thoughts enough to say, "Definitely." She looked out at the gentle sea and smiled, a genuine smile, and nodded.

Turning his full body out towards the roaring ocean, he plopped his rump in the sands with a gentle thud and yawned. After this display of fatigue from the journey here, the male turned his head back towards Muujiza and patted the sand next to him with his tail, gesturing for her to sit beside him. "I'm sort of glad we're finally done walking." He chuckled a little, watching the sun paint the water with extravegant oranges and reds. "I gotta admit, I'm getting sore." He was a physically fit lion, but the large amount of travel the pair had done in recent days was a bit rough on the paws. Of course, it hadn't been a bad journey. The pair had grown closer during it, having spent baisically every moment together. The beauty of it was, he hadn't grown tired of the green lioness yet. She must be really special to have only grown warmer in his heart, as opposed to cold. He was glad she had come with him in search of a pride, since this particular one was so far away from the area of the rogue lands he used to live in. The friends he had out there were probablley never going to see him dancing across the savannah ever again. Now, he would trot lightly on the sands of this very beach, and be bound to some king and queen. That is, if he liked them. The ruling party had to be at least likable here for him to really consider this place as a home. "I wonder when we will meet the royals?"

The lioness followed his lead and sat down beside him, wondering just how much sand there was on this beach, and why the tiny specks had chose to live there in the first place. She nodded her agreement with a laugh. "There's that, for sure." Being a rogue had definitely kept her in top physical shape, but the truth was, she had never before had the urge to travel for so many days straight. She had always wandered from place to place, sure, but she had always made the point of staying there for a little time before moving on, so she could truly begin to touch at the wonders of each new place she visited. The constant travel had been a little harder, though she found that she didn't quite mind it so in the company of Juke.
"Oh, yes, I would love to meet them," The green lioness mused. Ah, the royals. She wondered how they would be, and she hoped they would be kind.

Taking in a deep breath of that fresh sea air, he exhaled slowly, relishing the scent. It was something that would take a little getting used to, and it seemed to be on everything, but he could deffinatley get used to it. Glancing at his friend, he smiled, very happy that she had come along for the ride. He knew that he would enjoy living here with her, and that if she wasn't there, things wouldn't seem quite as sweet as they did right now. After another slow breath, he closed his eyes and relaxed. "We should go find a place to sleep for the night, y'know. It'll get dark soon." It was true that lions could see perfectly fine at night, but Juke had never been one to stay awake that late. He really did enjoy mornings, especially their unique songs. Plus, the morning tune here must be really something to hear. Perhaps he'd even wake Muujiza early to listen to it. Standing up and shaking the sand from his tail, he yawned. Where they would sleep, he couldn't say, but he was certain they could find at least one suitable spot.

Oh yes, nighttime. Muujiza looked out over the sea to see the dying sun sinking toward the horizon, painting the sky with pastel pink and orange, making it seem like a newly kindled flame. The water glittered brilliantly with its reflection, bright light sparking as the waves jumped up into the glow of the sun. For a moment, she was lost in the beauty of it all, before she pulled herself back. "That's a good idea," She bobbed her head in agreement, although her eyes lingered for another moment on the setting sun. "Let's go then." She said finally with a smile. Yes, life was perfect, at least for the while, and that was all that really mattered then.
((End? xD))
