Nazok was just about to pull the fuse on the operation and deem it a success when Heero's face popped over his view screen. " Captain. Get your men and move towards the main facility. Make sure you wipe out every single operative. "
Nazok blinked once and nodded, leaving only a second's hesitation to play with. " Yes Sir! "
He opened a com link with the other 6 members and spoke loud and clear. " Kill any stragglers. Make sure that base is out of commision. I only want to see weapons and armor plating being loaded onto the escape units to be taken back to HQ with us. Fall out! "
6 green lights winked on, indicating that the team had heard and understood the message. This battle was won, and soon, Alpha team could return home for another suicide mission.

Something was interfering with Duo's communications link. He heard very choppy voices and static. He hurried even quicker when a beam wall appeared around him. He was being hunted, and needed to become the hunter quickly.

As Alpha team swept the area, Kaizen made his way back to the rely point. He sighed as the mech settled down onto the ground. He looked around the area as he wiped a bit of sweat from his face. " This mission is done."
Claire Settled down beside him, pulsing her thrusters as the feet of the mech gently grazed the ground before landing. " Yeah. We've recovered 61% of the remaining alloy, we should be on our way within the next 15 mi-. " She stopped mid-word, which caught Kaizen's attention.
"What is it? "
" Enemies, and lots of them. "
"Where? "
"Duo's position.
Kaizen twitched and sent a team wide message. " Get to these coordinates! We have a pilot in danger! "

Rouel Smirked as he rounded the enemy suit. " Those bastards! Think they can come around here and just blow s**t up eh?!" He fired off a round at Duo's suit (not knowing who the pilot was of course)
Just as the round was about to meet the head of the intended target, a counter beam flared up, colliding and nullifying the blast.
" What th- " He was cut off, literaly, as a beam saber passed through his cockpit. Blood sprayed outwards before it coagulated and turned to ashes due to the intense heat.
" Duo, you alright? " A female voice broke over Duo's speaker.

"Yeah, but I'm trapped in a beam field that flares up if anything gets to close, and somethings messin' with the radar. It's too dark to see any enemy suits. I think they're after me, cause they could've went after you at any time." Duo saw a gleam and shot at it with the gun he picked up. An enemy mobile suit exploded and the resulting light showed near one hundred enemy suits prone on the ground. "GET ME OUTTA HERE NOW!" Duo started firing at the suits and exploded about ten before the beam weapon exploded. It was probally set to do that, but Duo's suit was undamaged. He drew his beam scythe and got into a combat stance. "I am the Death Bringer. You are all on my list" Duo said to himself.

Kaizen smirked as he led his team towards the Field Duo was occupied in. " Reverse those polarities. We're going to use this field to our advantage! " He got as close as possible before the field flared up. As he did, one of his teammates leapt from their units and began filtering out the electronics induced without the field generators.
Nazok led the rest of the team on a Blanket operation as they fell into line and opened fire at once, using their convoys as cover. Just as the enemy began to return fire, Clair's voice erupted over the speakers. " The field is reversed! Get Duo out of there and fall back. I don't know how much damage this damned thing can take!
The line of energy slammed into the reversed Fields, saving the unit from destruction, yet flickered and began to fade as the rounds continued to impact upon it's surface.

Duo went from suit to suit, destroying them as he went, but there were just too many. His left thruster was useless, his right arm had been damaged. And fire was coming from everywhere. "GET ME OUTTA HERE!" *BLAM* "WARNING, WARNING" Duo was hit right in the back and the thruster pack exploded, damaging his suit badly. "I'm not gonna die like this."

Duo noticed that the field had been reversed, but not for long. He quickly ran for it, but his suit was hit in the leg, and it fell over. He used his scythe as a crutch as friendly fire flared past him to hit pursuing enemies. He was almost out as he was hit in the back and his suit went critical. He quickly released the escape pod he had built in himself and landed 100 yards away from the barrier. He had little time to reach it.

Kaizen swept out of the way as a massive explosion enveloped the field. He sneered and looked towards where the energy field had 'been.' He nodded and ordered his team forward. " Get in there! We're getting out of here now! "
Dante rushed towards the area in which Duo had landed and gave him cover using his own suit. " Get to that hole, we're pulling out. " Beams glanced off of the anti-beam coated layers of armor on his suits back as the PA snapped off.

Duo reached the wall and got in whatever they had to get out of here. He can't wait to deal some payback when he gets his new Deathscythe. They would literally have hell on earth.

As the pilots loaded into the transport, the outer wall of the colony blew open, causing the shuttle to spin outwards away.
" We're in a free spin. "
" Responding with full burn. "
The shuttle straightened out and darted away from the colony, suits swarming to gain some sort of structure after the unforeseen attack. However, just as they were lining to pursue their enemy, they were wiped out by a single large beam.
" Don't worry, you're all clear. " A very faint voice spoke just loud enough to hear over the shuttles speakers. " Head on home Team, this mission's done. "
Kaizen sat at the rear of the shuttle with a smirk on his face. " We've been getting these s**t jobs lately... Hopefully we get something a bit more challenging on our next trip."

KAtie adn Quatre hear the familiar voices of their fellow pilots on the radio scatter and they tried to contact them all* Hey guys! Where are you at? Pilots 03 and pilot 07 are ready to go. We were too late at our present location to be of much help.
