There isnt too much Glyn-like welsh in Torchwood, but it isnt completely Imogen-ised XD I like the accent of Torchwood biggrin Eugene was definately from london xp
That reminds me, that dude, elton, from the absorbaloff thing, I saw him in a show today ... I dont remember what though XD
Oh, it was last night, I saw him in Green Street I think XD

There isn't, but Ianto's accent is pretty darn Welsh. Eugene was from Crawley I think, but he sounded so much like a Londoner!

I didnt think tat Ianto was Welsh XD I just thought he had an up-town accent.

rabbit sushi It's in Wales. In Wales it rains. A lot. And the Welsh are rude. Well, that's what people in England seem tot hink anyway.
I've been to Cardiff before, it's pretty nice. But I'd choose Abergavenny y Fenni anyday. I come from Abergavenny , well Tredegar to be more precise (but live in South East England) and Wales is a lovely place to live. I dunno why everyone seems to hate us. I'm looking at going to Cardiff University after doing sixth form down here, i've got to make my choice tomorrow. I loved it in torchwood where owen went a bit welsh. It reminds me of when i randomly go Welsh when i'm talking to my friends. biggrin Anyhow, I've kinda dwindled on about myself now! Sorry about that.

Wales is lovely. The English seem to hate the fact that the Welsh language hasn't died yet. I quite like the Welsh language, it's very different.

I live in East London so it is kinda south east england XD I am picking my A-levels now too. I hate how ... chavvy and ... Druggy and ... smokey and alcoholic it is here. I would love to move somewhere rural, but then my dream job (criminal forensic analyst) would be out of the question ... sort of. I dont want a long journey to work, as I dont wish to drive or pay train/bus fares xd
But wales ... I doubt I would want to live there, maybe visit, not live.

Some kids got suspended the other day for smoking pot. A regular occurence. surprised

Yeh, a village. It's quite a big one, and it's right next door to another one, but it still sucks. I used to live in one of the nearby towns, and I could just about stand that because there were shops that actually sold stuff and didn't shut for a sunday.
The druggies at my school started off the far side of the field. They're now right outside one of the classroom windows, smoking etc. all lunchtime and no one bothers doing anything about it. It's stupid really.

Wales is lovely. The English seem to hate the fact that the Welsh language hasn't died yet. I quite like the Welsh language, it's very different.I love the welsh language, its different, as you said, but i also think its nice to listen to. I wanna live in wales for two reasons, a lot of family lives there and also because the number of chavs, druggies, etc is significantly less...they've replaces them all with sheep! biggrin Just kidding. You guys are all right about the south east being full of chavs, etc though. My town is full of them. The chavs and skaters have taken over the town...they're everywhere!!

I live in a very chav infested town. It's also the drug death capital of the UK. Oh joy. Dx
Brighton by the sea. Otherwise known as London's playground.
But it's nice, if a bit...gay. (They do a very good Gay Pride parade!)
...And the shops are open on Sundays! Hoorah!
