Dath thought that his was just too easy, it made him almost suspicious. Was this a ploy for him to trick a mortal, just for his sister to come down hard on him? He wasn't sure, but thought that he might want to do it anyway. What the hell? It wasn't like he was threatening her life or anything. Just a bit of harmless fun.
"Okay then, make sure you close your eyes for a moment," he stated, though he didn't give a moment to make sure that she was; frankly, he didn't care. It just might be better for her to hold still for one short moment. He waved his paw in a careless manner, and threw the illusion on her that there were small, petite wings growing out of her shoulder. Their colour was set in that they would be what Johari had wanted, for he didn't want to give her a colour that she repulsed. That wouldn't work well for his game, now wouldn't it?
"Just be careful with them," he teased. "They need to gather their strength before they'll carry you." He grinned, trying to keep it from growing any larger then it already was. Though perhaps she would be too enthralled with her wings to really notice him much anymore.

Johari daren't hope, but turned her head to peer behind herself, holding her breath in excited anticipation. And her evergreen eyes nearly popped out of her head when she saw the result of his words.
SHE HAD WINGS!!!!!!!!!
Fluffy and feathery, much like his own, though mostly white in color. The tips were edged in the deep chocolate brown of her markings, while others, were edged in the caramel. Truly a pair of gem-like wings for a jewel of the swamps.
A squeal slipped past her muzzle, she couldn't help it. He surely had to be a wish granter or something! Turning this way and that, she couldn't help but admire the petite, yet proportionate wings he had given her. Heck, she couldn't wait to show them off to everyone! Especially Mng'aro! For sure, her brother would be ecstatic to share her wings with her! Perhaps this handsome lion with wings could even give Mng and her other siblings some wings of their own too! Johari nearly wiggled out of her skin with the idea of bringing her siblings to meet her new friend and get them wings as well. Surely they'd all want some too. It never occurred to her that the illusion would only be for her to see.
"OH thank you thank you! I shall take the greatest care of them, I promise!" She paused in her frolicking to stare, wide-eyed at Dath for a moment, adoration and appreciation oozing from every fiber of her being. He had just made her the happiest little lioness in the swamps, that was for sure.

Heh. It was exactly what he had wanted. Now, he did need to vacate himself from these lands before she might realize that only she could see them, but he could wean a bit more time out of her.
"You better," he warned. "They're new, so they need to be kept clean and warm. Don't go off trying to make them work yet, either, you've got to strengthen them." Hell forbid that she go jump out of a tree or something, only to break her neck. Then it would be game over much too quickly!
He watched her prance around. If only she really knew it was fake....but that was half of the fun!
