I really would've liked to have seen you reserve at least 8 posts. Unless you are striving exclusively for someone to allow you to care for Ramses as a second or third generation Fa'e, he will be reborn as a lost child. It means that you will need to create a world for the Djinn to be reborn as well as adjusting your guardian and reborn Fa'e information to suit the world's environment they grew up in.
Think about the interactions between guardian and Fa'e. What kind of problems would there be for the pair since your guardian if half fire-ware-welf thing. Would they be able to go camping during the full moon? Would that be "mommy's time of the month"? Does she need to shave excessively around that time? Would Ramses have war-welfish traits, such as scratching himself or eating without a fork due to exposure to the noble breed of half warewelfs?
What about the fire situation? Fire's everywhere in that pair! Do these people shower?

The point I'm trying to nail is for you to think about interactions between the guardian, the Fa'e and thier environment. Try to write stories about various interactions to help you decide these interactions.

Overall impression: There needs to be more information here about the Ifrit and you need to make it absolutely clear that you're doing an Ifrit and not a Djinn, because they seem to be very different (from what I gathered from my research). Yes an Ifrit is a fire Djinn, but no where does it say that they are the same as the Djinn. You've also incorporated more modern ideas about genies into your concept. Either call your concept a genie and give him the wish-giving powers, or keep to the Islamic version and call it a Djinn and treat him as a spirit. What you're doing is mish mashing genie information and Djinn information and Ifrit information together and you can't do that. Pick a myth and stick to it.

It's going to be hard to critique the rest since there's no real distinction between the three right now. You claim to be doing the Ifrit but I don't see any evidence of that in your Fa'e appearance. He's this tall, blonde haired guy with dark red skin and weird eyes. Um... what? Where does this come from? Number one, the mythbase is Islamic, which means he would have tanned skin and black hair (you know, being from the Middle East). Number two, nowhere in the Ifrit information I found does it say that they have blonde hair and weird eyes. The Ifrit is described on Britannica as an "enormous winged creature of smoke", and while it does suggest they look humanoid, it says nothing about strange eyes or blonde hair. You need to keep your Fa'e's appearance as close to their past self as possible.

The personality you've given him has no depth. You say he's a jerk because he doesn't respect humans etc, but then you change that around so he's a prankster. How does that work? He despises humans because he believes he came first and is therefore more important. Does he still feel like he's more important than everyone else? Did he respect his own kind? Does he have any respect for anyone? He liked non-human women in his past life. Why? Also, there are enough Fa'e running around with sex on their mind that there really is no need for another player. Been there, done that. Why would people see him as a jerk just because he's got this prankster attitude (which just came out of the blue)? What else does he do that would make people assume he was a jerk? You've also said that "He would flirt with girls, though have no real power over them" and I really don't understand what you mean by that.

The only thing I gathered from your personality was that people think he's a jerk and he enjoys making himself look nice. Is that really all there is to him? You need to elaborate on this. Picture how he would react so certain scenarios. How would he react if someone started talking to him on the bus? How does he treat people who are higher up on the social status/have a better job than him? Does he act the same way alone and in public? Things like that. Give him depth.

I really don't see that point of the alignment thing. No benefit to the profile, since it doesn't tell me anything about him.

You've listed a bunch of likes that don't make sense. Why does he like cardinals and panthers? Clubbing? And I'm pretty sure the general population of teenage guys would say that they liked girls. Give him some original likes. Same with dislikes. Never

Your powers section is iffy. Though it says Djinn are fire creatures, it does not say that they can control fire, and it says nothing about teleportation. Djinn are smokey creatures, and you need to build powers off that. While there are references to certain Djinn who could grant wishes, it doesn't appear to be a trait that all Djinn have. It's a very iffy power, and I'm really not sure how well that would work as it borders on god-moding (to me). In the weaknesses section: if it's not a weakness, don't put it there.

Overall comments: Interesting mythbase, but you need more than just a Wikipedia article. If you can't find enough information then you need to change you myth. You also tend to throw capitals randomly into the middle of a sentence. Read your concept over and watch for grammar mistakes. Interesting, but needs more substance.
