Two new examples. I think I'm finding a style that I'm growing attached to...

Remember, these are all the better examples of things I've done...

I've always loved art and for quite some time, didn't really draw... (about 3-5 years worth) and then, in 1999 I believe, I met someone online that just amazed me so I started up again... I can still look back on my drawings from teh past (funny looking digimon characters) aand laugh because they are horrid.

It's taken several years to get where I'm at. Probably also, because I'm such a perfectionist. There's other factors too...

At the time, I thought the images were good, but there was always something about them that I didn't like. I knew that one day I could make those pictures better...

Also, going back, I always watched Pappy Drew It... I remember watching the one about the giraffe and then drawing that same giraffe in 4th GRADE!! No kidding... how old was I? *starts counting* 1995-1996, I was 10-11 years old, and I'm now 19... kinda funky huh?

Ohhh... Pappy Drew It was basically this old man that tried to act a little 'hyper' like to appeal to little kids and teach them how to draw with basic strokes and shapes. There was one ep of Grand Pappy Drew It that drew figures out of the numbers 1 2 3...

Then of course, they also had a story to go along for that day, and then afterwards, they had an animation of the image drawn. One was of a gopher looking at a mound and the animation had him conquer the mound and get to the other side...

Different things like that. I actually sent pictures in...

We had a guy like that come to my elementary school once. He drew a bear using pear shapes, and that's the only thing I remember from it. I probably would have sent pictures in too, don't feel bad. =^.^= I only watched that one guy with the afro that painted (Bob Ross, I think). I loved that guy...
