Hmm... I feel just the same every time I play the game... It's so atmospheric and so well written that I just wish it lasted forever...
No matter what RPG I play, I always compare it to this game... So far, nothing comes close... burning_eyes
This is the masterpiece of Squaresoft...

Lol that is up for debate as previous FF's are considered better by some. Personally I consider IV to be the landmark of Final Fantasy.

somehow, i just don't want FFVII to end. you get soo close to the final boss. and you still hang around for the fun. is that just weird?

You're not alone sweetheart XD!! I trained till level 100 after defeating Sephiroth, before defeating him again, i just LOVE FFVII heart sweatdrop

This is true, I know a lot of people put VI above VII, but I wouldn't agree with them, I think VII is best.

Maybe its because it was my first one I played.

I left my memory card at my ex girlfriends house, and have only just go it back, but I'm still putting off playing it that little longer, cause I'm so close to finishing it.

Sure I can start again, but you know how it is.

LOl no there is nothing wrong with that. I did the Sephiroth boss battle once and then when I died I just went off and explored the rest of the world. I still havent' finished.

NO there is nothing wrong with that. I feel that way, I just defeat it and play it over again. Then over again...then over again...

I agree with most of you (I can't agree with reddeath26, since I haven't played FF IV).
I didn't really want to beat it, either, since I wanted to do so much more before I did. (And I felt sorry for Sephiroth, Heheh...).

However, I had to do it, since I needed to see the ending, and didn't know how much more my good, old discs could take (Even though they are extremely durable. I have many games with only half as many scratches as FF VII, but most of them are unplayable), and I want to beat a game myself.
I can't just watch some game ending on YouTube, for example. It just feels wrong!
