yep, my high school does three shows a year. the best part is that the theatre i work at is on my school's campus, so all of our shows are done there. 3nodding this year we did The Secret Garden, we just finished Seussical, and we're doing the Laremy Project towards the end of the year. 3nodding

I just did a musical last year. Has anyone heard of 'Carnival'? It has perhaps the worst story that I've ever read in a non-student written play. Anyways, this year we are going to do 'Little Shop of Horrors'.

Anyways, this year we are going to do 'Little Shop of Horrors'. Ah, Carnival. I hate that play. Little shop of Horrors is decidedly better. Ever notice how the one scene where Audrey II is dead and the love interest (her name evades my memory currently) is unconcious in Seymour's arms it looks like the scene with the baslisk in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets? Maybe that's just me.

My aunt was very unhappy when she came and found out that it wasn't Carousel like she thought.

Seussical auditions are in a few days and when those are I'm either going to sing "Think of Me", or "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again" from PotO, or "L'Amour est un Oiseau Rebelle" from Carmen, but only if they let us sing what we wish. But they'll probably make the girls sing "Notice Me, Horton." Supposedly, our HS is doing Phantom this year, or Cinderella. I hate Disney's version, and I'm going to request R&H's version. But either way, I'll probably sing "L'Amour est un Oiseau Rebelle." Carmen is my absolute FAVORITE opera!
