I've had bouts of strange occurances. I don't have any powers that I know of while I'm awake or conscience. ^^; I got nothing.

I'd have to say they began around the time I started sponging information as a child--something about blacking out and walking out onto a street [diapers and all] where a car was heading towards me. I never wanted to talk about it--kept changing the subject when my aunt asked.
Then after that I began sensing things.

I've pretty much had mine always but I've just recently discovered them. But a friend is helping me with them. biggrin

I don't remember when I first relized that I had my powers, but there were several events as a kid that I remember. I have always senced spirits when I enter a room and as I got older I began to test my limits. So, to answer your question there was no moment of light when I relized that I had powers but there have been times that it stands out.

I first came into my gifts when I was about 3 years old I had just learned to walk I could tell emotions before people felt them and I had a strong sway over the weather since I was 5 at the age of 8 i started to be able to do small spells without thinking much about them I have alwasy been able to do werid things and I love doing them.

When I was 12 I realized that I could manipulate people to extreme behaviors. It's odd because words flow out from me about them that I didn't know I knew and it's almost as if I have no control over what I say. Weird yes? It comes in handy with what I like to do though. ~healing~

To tell the truth, I'm not sure if I even have true powers. I know I'm, as some say, "sensitive" to most spirits, which started at around age 6 or so...but I'm still not sure about the other thing, which I think has something to do with making predictions. I'm a good guesser sometimes, and I do get a lot of deja vu, but I'm still not sure if it's a psychic ability yet. I'll have to learn more about it first.

When I was younger I had empathy, and it was too strong for me to deal with, so I talked to one of my friends about it. They said that their mom used to have it, but then she willed it away. I considered doing that, but I felt that if the gods had given me this gift, it must have had some use that was good right?
All was fine and dandy before I started to cry at random times, and not out of hormonal imbalance mind you, I already have that covered. It usually was at a sad point where it was depressing, but not necessarily bad in affecting me. Especially after someone in my school killed themselves. Every five minutes I was bawling my eyes out, even though I didn't personally know the guy or ever have a conversation with him. But he was well known and well loved by a lot of my friends, so maybe the closer I am to the ones who are feeling the emotions, the more they are transferred into me... neutral

I don't believe I have powers. I'm just sentisitive to some things, and not to others. :/

When I was 6 I was on the play ground... I used to play games and stuff... and I used to have dreams and then the dreams happened and a bunch of other stuff. But the time that Cinched it for me... was when I was dancing and chanting.. Wind and weather work together flight and feather or something... And it was this chant and I never could figure out the exact words after that and the words were important... But I was dancing and chanting and moving rythmicly in a circle and I was trying to control the wind and I created a dustdevil...
And the Dustdevil paraleled my movements and it danced with me... and moved with me. and I danced to the center of the circle I had made and the dustdevil moved forward with me. and I was in the center of it... and I remember this leaf and it swirled around me and moved up over the building... and I let it die around me.
And that was I guess one of the first times I practiced magic.
Its become harder and harder for me to practice over the years.
I have also gone in and out of actual practice... usually I am in this kinda in between state... and I go through periods of just not liking to practice at all and other stuff...

I don't believe I have anything that everyone else doesn't have, its all in how we focus our energy into areas of life. Some people can tap better into themselves then others and then there are some who think they have all this power to "do things". *sighs*
