[PD]Babysitting? [Chath, Zyanya, and Narayan][FIN]

COOL! Look at all those teeth! "Keir is pretty." Narayan commented, turning to Zyanya. Green? Green sounded like such a pretty color. "I can't wait til it hatches. And then we can have dragons and they can fly and..." wooow. Flying! And dragons. Big, big dragons and they'd be all yours!

"What are green dragons like?" he asked. Were they green, like grass or like something else? Da had let him watch TV once and he remembered superman got all sick when he saw that green stuff... kypo, or something right?

And Zyanya was green too! "So when you get biggers and you have a big dragon too... woooow!"

Wow. That would be awesome.

"By yourself? Well, it seems you've been doing more then a good job." he looked over again, a different light in his eyes as he assessed the two kids. They didn't look like screw ups or as if they suffered from any kind of deficiency.

"Well, I'm sure you have people too. Maybe not family but..." he shrugged. Hey, they knew each other pretty well now, right? (Being forced into a breast conversation with a stranger would equal knowing each other pretty well, for JD) "And if you need help, you can contact me."

For him to contact someone else. Probably Kyle. But that didn't need to be said.

Yet.

Keir looked to the elephant with new interest. Pretty? No one had even called him pertty before. Didn't the kid see the teeth? Raising an eyebrow in a dragonlike fashion he then laid his head o the table top resting it.

Chath nearly burst out laughing as Nara described his dragon as pretty. But managed to keep his laugh inside. Now worse way to tick of a dragon than to laugh at him.

Zyan thought back to when she met her egg. "I dunno I never met a live green dragon before. So i have no idea what they look like." she explained feeling a bit saddened to let Nara down. "But flyig sounds fun! I have wings but I can't seem to fly at all." she said sticking her tongue out a bit.


Jayoku felt her face blush, was this guy offering to help her out? That....was really sweet. "Yah I would really apprecaite that." she said trying to brush some hair that really wasn't in her eyes in order to just obscure her face some more.

" I already have your number too." she said with a laugh.

Wow. It was closer! Staring at the face with some amount of trepidation, he nodded his head. Big teeth were good. That meant it could eat up the people who were mean to Chath! Narayan couldn't WAIT until his blue hatched.

"It's okay. I heard you have to get bigger to fly, like adult size?" he beamed. And EVERYONE knew you only became a female adult when you developed... well.

Boobies.

Huh. Funny how the topic always seemed to circulate back. (Hah. As if.) "And Zyan, you have no boobies yet so you're not adult sized." he nodded wisely as if this was natures truth.

Narayan's truth, maybe.

"Yeah! But when we both get dragons, we can practice flying together!" he looked back over at Keir. "Can you fly with Chath?" he asked, if only to figure out how long HE'D have to wait. Narayan had a sinking suspicion anything he wanted in life, he'd have to wait forever for.

JD laughed. Alright. Only a couple of minutes had passed but it was still something to laugh over. Maybe something he wouldn't share with the rest of his family members, but it'd be a funny story to raise when Narayan got bigger.

"Thats true." he said, nodding his head. Looking over once more to see the dragon, he grinned. "And I don't think Narayan's going to leave your family alone now. What with the girl and the dragon being around..." the boy's two weaknesses, really. "I am sory for any trouble he caused." and any more trouble he will cause.

But JD decided the latter didn't need to be said. Yet.

Chath nodded his head, yah even Keir hadn't ventured off the ground unless it was a good leap into the air. He needed to promp Keir to try flying more. He nearly face palmed as the topic made a sudden swerve backs onto the topic of boobs.

Zyanya on the other hand hung on Nara's everyword. So...when she had boobs she would be an adult? Made sense, but then she wouldn't get boobs for a really really ong time. That part made her chew on her bottom lip.
She listened as Nara seemed thrilled at the idea of learning how to fly with his dragon, it did sound...interesting in the least.

Oh good dragons again, Chath shoko his head. "No, we have been practicing fighting together though. Since i can regenerate myself I can work harder, longer and much more dangerously than most kids." He boasted and shot a glare to his sister's role of the eyes.



Jayoku gave a nod and a laugh. "I am not the type of mother who would demand she not see her friends, unless there was a very very good reason for it. She is free to see Narayan as much as she likes, I just hope we don't see any more porn magazines falling into their hands." she said with a confident nod.

Narayan paused. "Regenerate?" What was that? Generator. That was like those machines that made things, right? So... did Chath make more things? More what? Deciding that he was only confusing himself further, he continued to stare.

"Whats that?"

Maybe the boy could explain it to the elephant more simply. Regenerate. Maybe it was like growing little Chaths. Or something. Or maybe... huh.

He waited for an answer. Deciding that waiting was safer.

JD winced, but he was laughing as he did so. "So do I." he answered, staring at the trio and the dragon. "Really."

Jayou forced back a yawn and then looked erady to stand up. "Well I am certainly glad we have met. Perhaps we should arrange a movie night for the kids sometime?" she asked as she suddenly started looking around for her purse...where did she leave that thing?? Finaly spotting the corner of it, yes she aws sitting on her purse she tugged it free and then went scrounging around inside. Pulling out a card she handed it to JD. She was an artist after all, she always had her business cards with her.
"Now you ave my contact number."she said with a silly smile.


"It means he can regrow limbs and stuff." Zyanya explained soudning as if doing that wasn't really that impressive. She worked on her picture grabbing an orange and green crayon to color in her markings.

Chath glared. "It is much more than that." Chath replied trying to steady his voice. "My body is able to heal much faster than a normal person, and if i loose a limb, aslong as it isn't my head I can grow it back again." He said with a confident nod of the head.

Keir tiring of the conversation stood and moved aroudn the table ignoring Zyan as he knew the girl didn't like him (what did he care really?) and then went to closer examine Narayan. The black dragon didn't look friendly he just looked curious.

Zyanya held back a sigh, ARG when her brother was around she couldn't be comfertable, accidentally snapping a crayon in half she reached for another green though this one was darker in tone.

JD smiled, nodding his head. "A movie night would be great." Heck. He also realized-- he'd found a potential baby sitter too! Chath. The boy looked responsible enough, and surely old enough to take care of himself-- and since it was a boy, less chance tha Narayan would traumatize him.

Besides. He'd had the porn conversation with the mother already. That made the boy... almost family.

Porn. He still couldn't believe it.

"Thanks." taking the card and taking out his wallet, he nodded. He should do the same. "You already have my number... but I didn't think Narayan would actually give that card out." a little bit sheepish, he handed her a more professional one. Gim JD. Yeah. That was better.

"Regrow?" Narayan was disappointed. "So you can't grow boobs?" well. Chath WAS a male. But it would still have been the ultimate gift to have. Kind of. As long as it wasn't himself, Narayan was slowly starting to decide everyone needed boobies.

Staring at the black drago that had come closer, Narayan stiffened.

Funny. It was soooo cooool. But it did have those extra sharp teeth. Waving at it with his nose, he smiled. "Pretty dragon."

At the snap of the crayon, his eyes flew over at Zyanya. Oooh. Was she okay? "You okay?" staring at the colors and deciding that there was no exact shade replacement, he beamed. Wow. Her drawing was coming along well!

Maybe she would draw him too. The way he would draw her, in the future.

"That really pretty, you know."

"We..could go you know have tea and such and the kids can rent a movie. Chath is old enough he could baby sit them while we relax." She said beaming. Though she felt a bit awkward cuase it felt like she was asking him out..inadvertantly. She tried not to blush but was failing horribly.

Chath looked to Narayan with a skeptical look. They were back to the boobs again. "Er...why would I want boobs? I am a guy." He said trying to laugh it off, "I can't grow back what i didn't have in the first place." He tried to explain but the conversation had already moved and the elephant was now looking at Keir.

Keir gave a a grin that slowly slipped onto his face, his rows of sharp teeth coming into light as lips peeled back in a smile. He looked rather frigthening even if he was trying to be...friendly.

"Just broke a crayon ," Zyan stated as she recovered from her fit of jealousy. Nara was HER friend not Chath's but she beamed as she was complimented on her picture. "I am going to draw you next!" she sid with a nod of her head.

Tea? That was so cute. JD was grinning as he nodded his head. It was good at Narayan was finding a babysitter... and also friends. The girl seemed to be a good influence, and the boy... well. He looked reliable. It would do the elephant good to hang out more often with people like this.

"That would be nice." he said, meaning it. Plus maybe he'd found someone who'd be able to answer some questions too... things he couldn't ask others because they knew him too well.

Peering over, he smiled. "Narayan seems to be enjoying himself.. I'm glad." not that the boy wouldn't be punished. It just meant that JD wouldn't feel so bad about doing it.

"Well." he started. "We've got to get going soon." the time was passing quickly, and it wasn't as if the man had been completely free-- merely that he had considered Narayan's problems too important to procrastinate over. "It was really nice meeting you, Jayoku. We need to do this again."

Except maybe... not this, exactly.

He couldn't grow back what he had? So Narayan stared at the boy, frowning. Well. Narayan would figure something out. But it was way awesome. Eyes shining with kidlike adoration at the older Chath, he smiled. "Coool."

And the dragon was... well. As he stared at the teeth, his smile faltered a little bit. Okay. So it was a little bit scary. "You know, you kinda scary like that." Or maybe that was the point. Huh.

Narayan flushed, happy. "You'll draw me too?" he said, beaming. Wooow! And hey, maybe if Zyan was any good, they could team up and become like... artists together! Way better then doing it alone. It would get boring that way.

Jay went to stand up, doing her must dust of invisible dirt on my skirt move before calling over her shoulder.

"Ok kids gather your stuff up we are leaving soon." Her tone was light thus you could tell things had gone over well. "How about we do the movie thing fiarly soon? I am sure Zyan would have a lot of fun, she seemed to miss narayan a lot while they were seperated for the short time they were."

Yah they could rent some cute disney movie, no harm in that.

Keir looked proud, though being Keir he always looked arrogant or proud, he had been labeled as scary that was a good thing.

Chath looked over to his mom and replied an quick ok to her before moving to collect the crayons. His eyes glanced over the pictures and wondered if he should hide them, but as he reached to Zyan's pic she pulled it away from his grasp.

with a glare she then handed her picture to Narayan. "You can have this." she said wtill casting a powerful glare at her brother. "That way you will know what I will look like with boobs." she replied with a very serious look.

"Next time i see you I will have a picture of you too." she said with a nod of her head.

JD smiled, nodding. He'd look through his time, find one where Narayan was free and all that. "Soon would be great." and besides, other then the whole magazine issue, he liked the way his son was getting along so well with a young girl.

Hah. See? Blood would always tell.

Narayan took the picture, staring at it reverently and nodded with a straight face. Because he was completely serious as he smiled. "Yeah. Now I know what Zyan will look like with boobies." It was so important, so serious for the two of them to know... and he was happy.

Beaming at Chath, he collected his pictures too. "And I promis' to have something good for you too!" he said, eager. It was like, his first commission! Kind of. Wooow.

"Swas nice to meet you Chath." he said, beaming. And to Keir. Kind of. "Keir."

Wow. One day when he had this own dragon, he'd teach it to smile like that too. Wooow.

Jayoku gave a soft laugh and then offered her hand to JD, "Till we meet again kind sir." she said with a playful and yet very shy smile. she then looked over her shoulder. "ready you two?"

Chath looked up at his mothers words. "Yah were ready." he stated and then offered Nara a friendly soft punch in the shoulder. "We will see your around Narayan." he said as he gathered the last materials and then headed towards his mom. Keir looked pleased, he was frightening He liked the kid and then after an also playful nudge though much stronger than Chath's Keir trotted after Chath.

Zyan looked to Narayan feeling a bit sad, they were leaving? Already? BUt by her mothers tone it sounded like she would be banned from seeing Nara again. She hopped off her chair and awkwardly wondered how to say farewell. "um...can we get together sometime soon?" she asked rubbing an arm absent mindedly.

Narayan nodded, beaming. His father didn't look like he was too angry any more, and besides-- he had heard the man laugh with the mother. So maybe everything was working out, and he wouldn't be grounded!

"Narayan."

No, he was still grounded. He knew that tone.

"Yeah okay." he answered, slightly distracted as he wondered how he was going to get out of this one. He wanted to. And painting. Painting! "Yeah." he answered, properly this time. They knew how to do this.
