Delta was near panicking now, had she scared Arith so much that now he was in danger? drowning? She almost felt like crying she was so worried, delta opened her mouth and was just about to call out to Arith's mum to help her look for Arith when.. something touched her ankle! Delta let out an almighty scream of fright and splashed around in a panic. She felt like a fool because all the other people in the pool must be staring at her but her heart was racing, she hadn't been expecting it at all!
When Arith popped up from under the water cackling she realized it must have been him and stopped screaming and took a few deep breaths. "ARITH!" she exclaimed, relived to see he was ok "I-" she stopped to take another breath, her lungs out of breath still from screaming "I was so worried when you disappeared!" She felt like giving him a hug she was so relieved but she refrained, deciding a soft punch to the shoulder would be better-*THUD* she hit him, hard enough to sting a little but not enough to cause any damage "Your evil, worrying me like that and then scaring the willies out of me!"

Arith heard the scream from below the water as he was coming up, then he had let out the evil laugh.His ears twitched and he stuck his tongue out."Gotcha back for jumping me.Oww!"He rubbed his shoulder and swam backwards a little bit."No need to get violent, now"

Delta made a face at him playfully "you deserved it" she grinned and splashed him with a tidal wave of water. Delta loved water and swimming but she had forgotten something, her earplugs. Now she had a horrible feeling of water in her ears. She flicked and flicked her ears trying to get the water out to no avail, she would have to do a handstand when they finished swimming to get it out "Ick, dont you just hate getting water in your ears"

Arith splashed her back and moved back a tad move, ears twitching lightly.He shook his head thne nodded."Yeah, its annoying.."He tilted his head to one side, ears twitcihng again in an attempt to rid them of water.It worked, kinda, but his ears twitched again in an annoyed manner."Well no use worrying about it now."

"yup" delta grinned, then she felt an odd sensation in her stomach. She was hungry but she hadn't brought any food, though she did have a few coins in her bag. "hey Arith, are you a bit hungry? all this swimming has made me ravenous." she grinned and pulled a pose like a hungry monster. "I have a bit of money in my bag if you want to get something from the food shop" she pointed to a little stall near the food selling hot food and ice cream.

Arith's ears twitches as his stomach gave a light growl."Yeah, now that I think about it, im getting hungry too."At the mention of buying food he remembered something."Oh!We brought some food with us, so you can save your money, unless ya wanna get ice cream afterwards."He made his way back to the side of the pool and started up the ladder, shaking to rid his fur of water as he got out."Mom, food time~!"
Mia's tail puffed out as she was pulled out of a light doze."No more chickens!"She blinked as she realized where she was, and had she not been covered with fur you would have seen her blush lightly at her outburst."Oh, well the food is in the second bag, I packed a a few idfferent things, so get whatever ya want."

Delta stifled a laughing outburst as she heard Arith's mum's nonsense talk as she awoke from her doze. "Ok sounds good to me" she beamed as she swam to the side of the poor and clambered out gracefully. Shaking herself off as soon as she was standing up spraying a rain of pool water everywhere. and she hurried to where Mia was sitting eager to get some munchies. But she politely waited for Arith to get there to open the bag and pick what he wanted first. She couldn't help but wonder what nice tasty foods were in the bag though.

Arith flopped down onto the floor and pulled the bag over to him, shuffling about in it.He pulled out a can of coke and a sandwich he had made that was full of various meants, about 5 different kinds, and..that was about it.then he pulled out a big bag of chips that was for sharing and slid it torwards Delta.There was quite a bit of food left, various sandwiches, some cookies, drinks.Mia practically packed the whole fridge in the bag.
Mia leaned forward and quickly plucked another coke fomr the bad and opened it, taking a long sip.Her ears twitched happily and she gave a light purr."Mmm~"

Delta grinned and got some chips from the bag, she was a fan of salty foods. she also took a can of coke from the bag and a sandwich that also seemed to be made of many different kinds of meat like Arith's. She unwrapped it from its protective covering and took a bite, mm it was good, just what her stomach had needed. She continued to munch on her sandwich and sip her drink, occasionally also grabbing a chip or two. "Thanks for the food Arith" she smiled, making sure her mouth was clear of food. when she had finished her sandwich she also took a cookie from the bag for desert. Now she was stuffed.
Moon had just finished unloading all her shopping at home and had arrived at the pool, she had put her swimmers on under her clothes just in case but the others were probably tired of swimming. she walked towards to pool and spotted everyone sitting near the poolside and she walked over to them "Hey everyone, had a good swim?"

Arith took the top off the sandwish and held it in his mouth as he pulled out a handful of chipsand stuck them ontop.After replacing the top bread slice he took a a bite, a very noisy bite, and smiled."Mm, fss goog"He swallowed and glanced over at Delta."Heh, no problem."He opened the coke adn drank as he finished off the sandwich and snagged a cookie form the bag, munching on it as Moonie appeared.He gave a small wave, mouth too full of cookie to speak, as he has stuffed the whole thing into his mouth.
Mia turned as she heard Moonie, giving a smile wave and a smile."Hey there!Heh, well I havn't gone swimming yet, I fell asleep."She yawned lightly and took another drink, gesturing torwards the bag."Want something to eat or drink?I brought plenty of food and drinks."

Delta giggled at Arith as he tried to speak with a full mouth "that made no sense whatsoever" she grinned. then she saw her mum walking over and beamed "Hi mum! see I didn't get kidnapped by a psychopath!"
Moon grinned at Mia "No thanks, i picked up a salad at the markets and im stuffed." she rubbed her stomach for emphasis. then she turned to Delta "so I see, Im glad you were responcible and safe, i was worried the whole time i was shopping"

Arith swallowed the cookie and replied"It did to, your ears are just full of water."He took another drink of the coke and stook, stretching his legs a bit as he did."Well that was good."He crouched back down and rolled the chip bag up, sticking it near the top of the bag incase anyone wanted to get it back to snack on.
Mia finished off the coke and tossed it into a trashcan."A'ight then, well it's there if ya change your mind."

"not full enough to make my hearing weird" delta remarked with a grin secretly taking another cookie and nibbling on it. She wasn't supposed to eat too much chocolate as it made her sick, but it tasted so good.... darn lactose intolerance.
Moon smiled, the sun was getting close to setting and soon it would be cold. she thought it would be best to get delta dry and home before then. "Sorry to be the spoilsport again but I think its probably time to be heading home again before it gets chilly."
"awwww..." delta whined, she loved playing with Arith. "But mum..."
Moon looked sympathetic "You will see Arith again soon i'm sure, but it is really time to go.."

Mia nodded as she looked at a clock hanging on the wall."Yeah, its getting late.She stood and stretched."We should meet up sometime around Christmas, unless your doing something."She smiled."We got a few presents for you guys at home."Mia picked up the bags and pulled a towel out of one, tossing it to Arith so he could dry off.
Arith frowned a bit and caught the towel."Awww, why did the sun have to start going down now.."He started to dry his hair off, and when he ,lowered the towel his hair was sticking up in every direction, making him look quite..amusing.

"Yeah sometime around Christmas sounds great, Delta and I have some presents for you guys too." Moon Beamed also getting Delta's towel off the ground and helping her to dry off, delta had very delicate ears and sometimes needed help to dry them.
Delta grinned "I cant wait for you guys to open your gifts, I hope you guys will like them" then her nose caught a strange smell. she sniffed at it and it lead to Arith, who now had extremely amusing hair. "Arith.. you smell like wet dog" she giggled happily also smelling herself to see if she smelt but she couldn't tell. One her mum had finished drying her hair and ears delta took the towel and wrapped it around herself after having another shake to try to remove all the excess water. "I hope we see you guys again soon, I had heaps of fun today" she beamed as she and her mum waved and headed back out to their car, ready to go home and rest.
