Cassie looked at him and nodded with gentle care before replying. "I understand, sir. We can take the path by the forest which is more scenic. She turns towards the path that wasn't used as much. She tossed her head to get her hair out of her eyes. "That wind is sure bothersome today.. It likes to get my mane in my eyes."
She then giggled while looking at him to see if he is alright. "I hope I am not too forward or bothersome for asking why you wouldn't want to be around the two-leggers.. I know some of them are bad.. but not all of them are, sir." She said while her eyes seem to be hiding some happiness which is normal for her hyper self.

Glancing at Cassie in surprise, Zaphiro's face bore an expression of perplexion at her comment. Who had said anything about not wanting to be around two-leggers? Surly the concept of having time to one's self wasn't that unusual, was it?
"I think that we have each other at cross-purposes, Cassie. I don't dislike them or wish to avoid them, I simply don't like being around them all the time. It's more a desire for personal space than anything else. I don't see what badness has to do with that, personally."
Following the mare as she moved down the path, Zaphiro found himself studying her a bit more intently than usual. Maybe it was just the fact he'd been out and about more lately, but she seemed to be very...innocent. Foal-like, if you would, with her black-and-white take on two-legger relations. "And now I suppose it's my turn to ask questions, none of which hopefully offend. Do you always spend time with two-leggers?"
