"Not childeren any longer, they are grown." she laughed slightly. Personally she felt like she had failed. Calanor never seemed to be around and Ladishka left without warning and Makato had stayed with his father since he was a cub. She didn't see why she didn't move their, why didn't she? She could...Adrastos said it would always be welcome but...she could never leave the ones whom accepted her as a cub could she?

He nodded, and smiled.
"All the same." He argued gently. "I am sure they are quite lucky to have a mother like you... And that they are greatful, even if they don't quite realize it yet..."
He added the last, thinking about a certain brother of his with a certain tendency to be an outright a** and an evil one at that... The thought of Aveshar made his heart tighten, his lips curl back in silent snarl, then shake it off.
"I apologize my lady, I was thinking of someone altogether unpleasant... It had nothing to do with you, but my own family..."

She watched his sudden change of mood and was taken back. "Would you like to talk about it, I will listen." her ears flickered to the male as she sat upon her haunches looking to him. Whatever was bothering perhaps she could help or give advice to. Things like this usually never work out on their own, she knew for a fact. After all, was she not the cause of the death of her mother and the one whom killed her father? Her own eyes hardened, her father deserved more than death.

We're just, two completely different lions... Regardless, he has caused my mother great pain... For she loves us all dearly..."
He looked away for a moment, and sighed. "Thinking of how he treats her angers me... And now that he has dissappeared and she is sick with worry, I cannot even hunt him down and give him a piece of my mind..."
