darkside88 Rotosound Swingbass. Very bright and musical. i just ordered some rotosounds from musicians friend, i cant wait until they come in. when i was playing for worship team for youth group i just hit the "A" and it streatched at the bridge, so i thought i would try R.S's just cuz i hear good things.

I gotta go with DR Hi-Beams... smaller guage, light, bright and last a while... i've had the same set of DRs on my Hartke SB-15 for about 2 years and they still sound great

Aahz katie sorrow *chants* ernie ball slinkys, ernie ball slinkys. I can't stand Ernie Balls at all. They have no tone and wear out to damn fast. But that's just my opinion.... besides the ones i have at the moment (which are quite crap) they are the only ones my local store stocks i just couldent afford them when i went to get new strings £20 gets a bassist nowhere i swear
