"Yes of course Malika, I would love for you to meet them, and her once I found the one who is for me," though he knew that might take a while. He smiled to himself, sighed then looked up to the sky. He was coming, K'Anatak could feel his brother coming closer. He stood, and fluttered his wings, he did not want his scent here, by Malika, he feared what his brother might do to his friend.
He didn't want anything happening to her cubs.
"Malika, please forgive me, but a danger is chasing for me, my brother, I do not wish for him to find me here, find you, risk the well being of your cubs. I will come visit you again, I swear it my friend." K'Anatak fluttered his wings and took a few steps back.
Soon he was up into the air, it seemed colder when far up in the air of the sky, colder away from his friends. It would be better for Malika though, to keep her and her cubs safe.
He would see her again, and the life she would bring into this world.

"I am looking forward to that day." Malika replied smiling and nodded when he told her that he would have to leave. "Be safe my friend." Although she did not want him to leave she knew that it was best for the both of them. "I will hold you to that!" She called to his fading form.
Almost the same thing had happened the last time that they had met. A soft chuckle escaped her maw as she watched him vanish.
