"Ack. NO... Oak!" Kyocho stood up and pulled Oak out of distance from Kay's white hair. "I'm sorry about that Kay. Oak has a thing with hair... especially white hair." The elf nodded. Remembering that one day in the past when Oak had met Zah for the first time. What a day... what a day.
"Well it seems to be filling up pretty quickly here. Oak and I where going to try and snag a book from the library and settle down in the garden, but maybe we'll be hanging around here for a bit." Nodding. Kyo stared into Oak's eyes and smiled. "Sound good to you?"
Oak returned with a cold gaze and a grunt. Obviously up set from being pulled away from the shiny.
"Well... obviously not." Kyo chuckled. "Might as well get to where we planned on going in the first place." Taking in one last glance of everyone. The elf began to slowly... very slowly back up and move around the crowd as gently as possible and not bump into any one. "It is a tad bit to crowded anyways."
Kyo entered into the main hallway and proceeded off to the library.

Turning around Rouge smiled. She remembered the word the boy was using from her last encounter with a drow child-a toddler who looked much like this boy. "Echk." she said with a nod towards the boy.
Wait.....this woman....wasn't this Neveah? Rouge remembered her from a previous time when she'd been here. Only the woman she remembered had beautiful butterfly wings. What had happened to her? And what had happened to the drow boy who had been with her? Had he grown? It was rather confusing.

Scooting back and patting her hair protectively, the girl (wearing a pretty white skirt and pink top) glared at the baby. Why did they always go for her hair or her harp or...Sigh. "All right."
Wow. Things were REALLY beginning to fill up. It was a good thing the headquarters was so big, in all honesty, or she would have begun to feel a little bit trapped.
People were great. A LOT of people, however, was a bit daunting.
Her eyes scanned the room for familiar faces and only managed to come up with that stupid bird and...Zah...? She vaguely remembered him from her failed sleep over.
"ZAH!" she knew him, and he had grown. And he was a LOT bigger than her - but that could be forgiven. The sidhe got to her feet and made her way over, smiling a bit. "Hi!"
...If she could avoid Taylor and keep him from trying to take her necklace or something, she'd be very, very happy.

Zasalamel brightened, his sharp ears catching the Drow greeting, repeated back to him. Oh, he always did love people speaking his language! ...Even if it was as butchered as his english was. Turning towards the voice, the tall kid eyed the woman who spoke it...and instantly recognized her as Rouge. With a small wave and a bow, the obsidian-skinned spiderling wandered over to her. Rouge had - though most likely unknowningly - demanded his attention by answering him, so he had no choice but to go over to her...not like it truely bothered him, anyway.
"Echk." He repeated again with another wave. Then, he gestured to the others in the room, his purple eyes scanning the crowd. "Lauts." Zah said, though his tone of voice was neither playful nor dull...he sounded like he was being polite, so very polite. Rouge was, after all, a female...it was his obligation to be polite!
Then, Kay screaming his name caught his attention. Startled, his attention flew to her, his eyes wide for a moment. Wow, had she always been that small? He remembered her being...bigger...somehow. Mentally berating himself for the thought, he tapped his fingertips against his sides as they dangled there, then offered a little bow.
"Hehlo, Kay." No matter how hard he tried, he could nver pronounce her real name...too bad. Like he was with Rouge, the Drow seemed awfully polite. Mentally of course, he was wondering why he was being crowded by so many girls...and he was starting to feel antsy about it. Why him?
Neveah, on the other hand, eyed Rouge...but only as she was trying to escape. Sure her gaze was on the pirate woman, but her body was leading her away. "Hi nice to see you I'd love to talk but people oh so many people going this way now BYE." Still, she managed to look happy...but painfully fake. As soon as she could, Neveah made a break for the Garden.
"Freedom!" She said happily one the cool air hit her. No people here! With a happy sigh, the butterfly woman collapsed onto her butt on the fountain's stone ledge.

Searching... searching... searching... and SHINY! Taylor giggled in delight as his eyes fell on a flash of reflected light. Shiny. He knew the girl it was on, sorta, the one who'd talked in his head before. Wiggling in Savius's grip he made grabby hands in the girl's direction, kicking his feet as if his older brother were a horse to be controlled by such directions.
Savius was not quite so obliging as Taylor might have liked. With Lithle standing with her back against the wall, watching the entire room with hateful distrust, it did not seem like a good idea to go about mingling. After all, there was a reason they'd come here in search of booze, and that reason was the fact that Lithle was already playing on the edge.
"Shh. No zombie." He murmured, moving Taylor to a new position and shushing him absently. "Be good."

Rouge smiled and nodded at Zah. "Yes lots. A bit crowded for my liking. I think I may wander out of the room for a while. Nice to see you again." she told him and wandered off in the direction Neveah had gone.
The woman had never been to the gardens so needless to say she wasn't sure if she was allowed there. Standing in the doorway she glanced over at Neveah.
"I take it you didn't really feel like accompanying him here did you?" she asked, tone calm and cool. She already knew the answer but it was polite to ask instead of assuming.

Coailiann didn't notice she had caught Taylor's attention and was happily giving her attention to Zah.
"How're you, Zah?" While the girl had no idea about his language (she had enough trouble with switching between gaelic and english herself) she knew he was having trouble speaking english himself just by listening to him.
It was then she wished she had the ability to speak all languages. Maybe mind speak would be better? Carefully she offered the mental link by murmuring in his mind.
It's easier to talk here, if you'd like.
It was, after all, a universal language. It was up to him to push her away.

The smell of books and ancient material filled the senses of the elf and the treeling. It was... so much quieter in here than in the lobby. What a relief. "We'll we are here, what kind of book should we get for you?" The elf suddenly remembered the stack of book sitting on the table from when he had been here last. Then suddenly the memory of a book falling on the floor returned to his mind. Shaking his head the elf simply smiled and reached out and snatched up a book and headed out. Not even taking a simple glance at the title etched onto the cover of the book.
Oak let out a small grunt as he wanted to be at the garden rather than wasting time in a library.
"OK ok... we are almost there." The elf sighed, but his efforts would soon be remidied. The two entered into the garden, but this time they weren't alone. Oh no. For the lady Neveah had beaten the two there. "OH I didn't know any one else as going to be here." Kyo wandered over to Oak's usual spot beneath the tree's and amongst the weeds and rested Oak down. Then wandered over next to Neveah and took a seat. Unaware of the other person there. "How are you?"

Upon Kyocho's enterance, Rouge decided to make an exit. If one person showed up out there then more would and that'd crowd Neveah. She could get an answer later. Wandering down the hall she tried to find somewhere else to be
Though now the woman didn't have a clue where she was. Hopefully someone would find her

Ah, there. Tovar streaked through the lull in the tightly packed crowd, making his way immediately toward the library. He just had to put this blasted book away and be off. After that, he wouldn't have to worry about Leith taking off anyone's fingers or anything like that.
He felt his way carefully down the hall, extracting himself from the press of bodies in the crowded front room of the headquarters. It took less time to reach the library door in the hall than to get across the front room. He half fell into the room, sighing it relief and pausing to readjust the way that Leith's backpack carrier thing hung from his shoulder.
Leith made a low key humming noise, frowning steadily. Apparently he'd taken some interest in seeing all those new people out there, and now he was stuck in some lame quiet library. He screeched a little halfheartedly as Tovar made his way to deposit the book in an empty space of shelf.

((Note: My cat is having kittens. I am the only one here. Therefore, I'm not really gonna be around until things are sane. I wanted to make sure I had a foot in, though, so please disregard the quality of this post (and kindly do not approach the Guardian/baby until I'm around to be interactive).))
With little fanfare, Danny showed up, entering the HQ as cautiously as she ever did. This place was never quite comfortable, for her... something she was in the process of getting over, but not quite there yet. In her arms, the little fern-girl was fast asleep- the babe seemed to enjoy spending her days dozing off in the sun, and she'd fallen asleep on the drive over, reveling in the little bit of winter sunshine that poked through the clouds. Peeking around, Danny saw one or two faces she knew, but no one she really felt like approaching... just as well, with Vana asleep, she didn't really want the girl to wake up until she was good and ready. Taking a seat off in the corner, the brown-haired lady simply cradled her babe and took a few good seconds of rest herself, glad for the parenting reprieve.

Zah waved as Rouge left them, then focused his attention on Kay; as always, he was careful to not make eye contact...well, until she told him otherwise, of course. He was about to answer her, but the voice in his mind startled him. His purple eyes widened suddenly, and he physically reeled back a few steps, gaping at her in surprise.
What...how...why?!
Though Zasalamel thought in Undercommon...the mind voice came out in english. Perhaps the mindvoice had a translator? Feeling foolish, the Drow straightened himself out, brushing his hands over his red shirt as if to straighten it. Really, it was a useless gesture.
How? He questioned, not really wanting to say anymore. The mind link confused him, it frightened him...but his mouth seemed to have stopped working, so it seemed to be the last resort.
I'm...fine. You? Well, he DID have to answer her!
---
Neveah was alone and happy now; she liked people, but that was too many people for her liking. Naturally, she heard Kyo before she saw him, but her gaze was too busy staring at a few butterflies in the distance. There was a bit of jealousy on her thin features...they had their full wings.
Next, she turned her gaze to Kyo, a thin smile playing on her lips. When he sat beside her, she reached up, gingerly touching the back of her shoulder again. "I'm alright, given the circumstances. I'm not used to not having wings, and my back still hurts. But I'm alive, and I don't have to O.D. on pain killers anymore." She chuckled a bit, letting her hands drop to her lap.
"What about you?"
But then, Neveah saw Rouge, out o the corner of her eye. Turning her head, she called out. "Oi, Rouge! Were you looking for me?"

((I'm just trying to get Ed in there for now XP I'm not able to rp right now though, so yes.))
Ed shuffled into the building, just looking for somewhere to rest after walking for so long. And this place was closest when her legs nearly gave out on her. Blinking, she pulled down her hood and looked around, curious. She hadn't seen THIS place before...though she didn't quite know how she'd missed it the other times she'd been down this way. "Hm..." shrugging, she moved to inspect the place.
She noticed other people around, but paid them little attention. She was too interested in the more inanimate objects around the place. She was most interested in finding a chair, or anywhere, though.

Rouge turned back at the voice and followed it back to the garden, poking her head back in. "Maybe." she called. "If you're not overcrowded I might still be."
It was a natural habit of Rouge to avoid people who could get over crowded. They tended to get grouchy.
