Yvaine [BlkCat] Siarnaqth I wish I knew how to do a past life regression. xp Or someone who knows how to do it. Aren't there specialists about that claim they can do it to you for a price? Yea but personally I feel that anybody who tries to charge you for something like that if full of s**t anyway xD a person(at least one with a good heart) would do that for free if they could. This is the same pissy ranting people vent about anyone in the healing profession too. It is fundamentally biased, in that somehow or other the view is being taken that truly "good" people have no right to use their personal skills and abilities to earn a living. Guiding someone else through any kind of spiritual healing, including past life regression, is an incredibly rigorous, demanding process. If I were doing that type of thing, you can be damn sure I'd be charging for my time and trouble, and probably would charge you for any hours-long "just another quick question" phone calls after the fact, if they weren't included by default in the initial asking price. Beware of bargain-hunting, be it for goods or services - all too often, you'll get exactly what you paid for. Sorry to rant, this concept just really gets under my skin. It's as bad as assuming that people who are wealthy didn't get that way by working their asses off. scream you cant realy blame the people that do charge. if they are good at it, then they have to earn a liveing somehow or another so why not do something that benifits people AND is something your good at?

One way, that doesn't involve the phrase "Call me now!", I learned from a witchy friend of mine. Our entire coven used this successfully. This won't go into something riduculously deep, but it can point you in a direction.
All you need is a mirror. Take all the precautions to try not to be disturbed, mood lighting and all that jazz. Gaze into the mirror, not like you would as if trying to scry, but this time directly into your own eyes. First of all, I don't think we get enough chances to do this; by itself, this can be emotional. After awhile, your eyes relax and you may see your face begin to change. You may change gender or see remarkably different features, skin color, etc. Do not panic, this can be a little strange at first, but try not to look directly at any other point but your own eyes as the changes usually will revert immediately. Just gaze until you are tired, straining, or no longer seen any changes. Try it more than once, it might be different.
I would definately remind you to ground as fully as you can afterwards as you can feel disoriented. Try it!

But, wouldn't staring into a mirror cause retina burn, and therefore an illusion of there being a change in the reflection? sweatdrop

i beleave i used to be male in a past life. i all so beleave that i was a very bad man. i thought that for a long time before i did a tarriot which said that in my last life i had to pay for the things i did in the lives before that. does this make any since to any one?
