Ven chuckled at that, wincing at the Rainbow Jerk's shaky, ungraceful landing. "Trust me, I did." The Hydra VS was scampering to-and-fro, all three of its heads working rapidly to repair as much damage as they could. The pilot dropped out of the cockpit, fishing in one of his pockets for a wrench. "Yeah, I'm ready to help out where I can..." Ven was a mechanic himself--he just didn't have his tools with him.

Dante smiled as he looked up and noticed the Hydra and nodded, "Well your little friend there will make life easier. Tell him to start a diagnostics run on the Zoid and print it out for me. You do the same thing Daiyu." He lifted his hand so she could hop on and tossed her into the cockpit of Aeris.
She immediately pugged into the panel and began doing a systems check on Aeris. Dante walked over grabbing his tools, he looked back at Ven, "I didn't know you were a mechanic, I just thought you were a pilot that tried to do his own work."

"All right. He's got three abilities--electrical, wiring, and weaponry...I was lucky to pick him up. You heard him, bucko, get going." The Hydra snorted, as though offended but did as it was told, its three maws gaping wide before latching onto the Jerk's panel, processing the data that crackled through all three of its skulls. Its tail twitched slightly, and a curious sort of hum emitted from the little beast.
Ven shrugged his shoulders slightly, grinning. "I'm a bit of both, I guess. Got more experience than the average pilot, but not enough patience to be a real mechanic...I can touch up on most things. Hell, let's just say I can get the Jerk back up in the air and to a proper mechanic, if need be." He chuckled, shaking his head slightly. "I'll help out if it's possible."

Dante smiled and nodded, with that guy making repairs would be much easier. "Daiyu doesn't have any abilities like that, shes a battle mini. She actually thickens my armor and makes attacks less damaging. Haven't tried her out in battle yet though." He nodded as he walked over to the Rainbow Jerk. He looked over the print out from the hydra and nodded. "This isn't too bad shouldn't take long especially if you help a little bit. Grab some tools time to get to work." He set up a platform for them to work on under the Zoid. Then laid down on it as he began to work on getting to the inside of the Zoid.
