Egotistical Moose Goddamnit DeGei, why the hell are you doing this?! It's ******** HARD to run a forum, even a small one, and the VCs are doing the BEST THEY CAN! They've cut down on the drama and suffered through everyone BITCHING about what they've done! They're working their asses off! Don't you get that? Can't you understand how HARD it is for someone to take charge of something when the creator isn't around to help them?
They've been doing the best they can, and it is NOT your place to criticize them. Damnit, what have YOU done that is so much better than what they have done? Who are you to criticize them? WHY IS EVERYONE MAKING THIS THE DG HATES THE VCS THREAD? That was one point, not even the most important one and suddenly its the target of everyone. Im not even going to respond to anything on VCs anymore, because its a waste of time. Read the other points and worry about them.

How the hell are you saving the game by causing all this drama and stirring everyone up? I don't think the game is boring, a lot of people still enjoy it. Just because you don't think the game is good enough, does that mean it's bad? Does that give you the right to flame the people who have been working harder than anyone else to "save" the game while Zaeyde is away?

Egotistical Moose How the hell are you saving the game by causing all this drama and stirring everyone up? I don't think the game is boring, a lot of people still enjoy it. Just because you don't think the game is good enough, does that mean it's bad? Does that give you the right to flame the people who have been working harder than anyone else to "save" the game while Zaeyde is away? If its not boring to some people, why are they leaving? Saying the game is getting old?

This post is going to be full of numerous .hack references. You have been warned. DeGei 1. Zae did NOT create the sniper game, she only brought it to Gaia, and wishes it to stay active and realitively problem free. Exactly~ And... .hack reference? Aura wants the world to stay problem free, but, unfortunately, CC Corp doesn't want her to do that. They want complete control. And so they want to find Aura. (Unfortunately, admins and mods of The World can't enter Aura's area - haha. xP) DeGei 2. Zae has changed the game to keep it fresh and interesting, yet since she left change has been generally opposed. That's simply called Sucking Up to General Goddess of All of Gaia (at least in the eyes of the sucker-uppers). :3 DeGei 3. VCs have on the whole been abusing their power, acting without full thinking and stepping outside their bonds. If they were purple mods on Gaia, they would be demodded. IHD is the acception to this, and Ana hasnt been around. >_> Not really. They just need to be able to beta ideas. ... we should get a small clan of beta-ers and let them into a subforum to beta? DeGei Being a VC doesnt mean your incharge, it means you are suppost to keep the game running, not RULING. .hack reference ahoy! The mods of The World only create events and run them. They give them to the head admins, which put them into the system. We can only guess that Aura approves the ones she likes, and discards the ones she doesn't. It's sorta the same here. The VCs are only supposed to mod, not admin the system of the Sniper Game. :3 DeGei 4. If you signup for a game plan to play the game, 1/4th of the players last game were inactive, and most of the other 3/4th barely thought for themselves. What has become of the game were each round a thread appears to state who is to be voted off? I thought this was based on each person voting for themselves not one person picking a random person to vote and one person headhunting and the votes being split. Thats not a game, thats reading a book, you can see where its going and the input is minimal. That's not the game's problem, it's the users' problems... we just don't get into the game anymore, which sucks. A lot. D: DeGei Finally, GMs and Writers are two different things. GM means GAME MASTER. If you are the master of the game, it is yours to run. You arent logging on daily to count some votes and write a short story. Make the game interesting without breaking the rules. Change the rules up a bit. Im not saying allow mules or anything, but figure out something, MASTER THE GAME. Exactly. Once again... The World, anyone? If Aura has Zefie, Zefie can do wicked cool stuff as within The World. She doesn't have to... but she does to make the games of her friends better, as well as make The World better and give Aura a successor. :3 I can't believe I replied to every single question... @-@"

Saying the game is getting old? Because most of us are NOT leaving. Most of us are staying here. It's always been like this, people are just making a bigger deal out of it. It's not anyone's fault the game is getting boring for some people, because in my opinion, you can play the game any way you want. You can stir up suspicion for other people, yourself, whatever.
People are just uncreative.

Alot of people have told me they left the guild because they cant stand the drama (hence why the v.c's are trying to fix that....) not because the game is boring.
If its so boring for you, then I dont know what you can do. Try new things? Do new alliances? Lie, cheat, etc more? Play differently then -you- usually play? There are MANY ways to play the game. Find a new way. The gm doesnt have to change the ways, you can change the ways.
