He gave a short snort as she started pranceing around and singing. 'She can really make someone spin in their grave with that voice and that stupid little song...' was what instantly ran through his mind. But eventually, he tuned it out for the time being.
Picking up his pace, he wondered if she would notice with all her lagging about and singing that he was pulling ahead of her. Eh, if she got lost in the desert it wasn't his problem. He didn't give her any gurantee of her safty dureing this little hike to the small oasis he knew was closest. Oh well. "You really like to bring attention to yourself don't you?" He mumbled lightly. If she heard him over her squaking then he'd be amazed.

"Mmmhmmhmm..." She giggled lightly, cocked her head to the side and slowly stopped her antics looking around. Another angered expression drifted over her face as she saw how far away he was now. How had she not noticed the increasing gap? Grumbling she pushed her self to catch up with Mozenrath once again. This time she wouldn't slow no matter what!
"You were going to leave me weren't you?" She snorted giving him accusing glare. It wasn't like she would get lost, the mountains were in plain veiw but she was too far to turn around without water now. If he was going to be like that she'd get the water then leave again. See how he'd fare without company.
Her eye twitched about listening to her own thoughts. She sounded like a spoiled foal again. As soon as she got her self back home she was going to beat some sense back into her head but for now she'd say it was just the heat messing with her. "So...there's shade with the water right?"

"No. Just seeing if you were really paying attention." His tail snapped back and forth to brush away some sand she had kicked up onto him. Slowing his pace back to a normal walk, he continued on. They were growing closer to the oasis and soon they'd be there. Maybe once she got a drink of water she'd turn tail and run home. Then he could be on his way.
His ear turned towards her as she spoke of shade and he gave a slight nod of his head. "Yes, there's shade there." He dipped his head down slightly, creating shade over his eyes with the edge of his turban. The tops of the palm trees at the oasis starting to come into sight. Good, they were close.

Listening to him speak was beginning to wear on her nerves. Yes he was answering her questions but did he have to make it sound as though she were killing him? She was just beginning to let her head loll about as it would when she saw the trees. "Water!!!" She practically shrieked bolting past the desert 'prince'. She was saved! There was water, now she could go home!
Her hooves pounded hard as she skid over the sand, running was a lot harder then she had remembered it. Guessing that it was just part of the desert she continued until she saw the little pool. Grinning wildly she let out a whoop of joy then dove in to find it only came up to her knees. "What a let down..." She mummered looking around. She had been expecting something like a lake, not a duck's pond.
Making an annoyed puttering noise she leaned down and began to drink the rather warm water. Why anyone would live in a place so hot was beyond her. There wasn't even any company from any other animals. Amoena didn't much care for many horses but at least five would be nice! They could all be like Mozen for all she cared. At the thought she lifted her head and looked back at the stallion. "On second thought..."

Mozenrath stopped in his tracks as she ran past him. He smirked lightly as he watched her skid across the sand. It was easy to run on if you knew how to do it right. The sand was soft in most places and often shifted so one could break their leg if they weren't careful.
He watched idly as she drank the water and was disapointed by it's warmth. Shakeing his head, he slowly walked the rest of the way to the oasis and stood underneath the shade of a tree for a moment. "I've shown you water. I guess you'll be going home now then. Farewell." Giving a flick of his tail, he moved to continue on to his home. Now that he was done with this mare he could possibly continue on with his work.

She nodded in agreement before rolling about in the shallow pool. She had a long journey and wasn't going to leave just yet, she was still tired. "Yeah yeah...I will just gonna cool off and rest for a bit." She said tossing her braids over her shoulder and out of her face before flashing him a look that clearly stated 'got-a-problem-with-that?' Not waiting for an answer she sloshed her way out of the water splashing a much as she could before flopping in the sand under a palm.
She watched as he left but decided he was far to egar to get away from her. She smirked evily before darting into the water to soak her self thouroughly. Feeling she was wet enough she raced to catch up with the self-proclaimed prince. "Hey Mozen!!!" She shouted coming up behind him. "Catch!"
Wearing the same smirk she shook a great deal of the water off sending droplets at him. She laughed a bit before running off to get away from his wrath skidding and slipping along the way fully intent on returning to her home.

He sighed lightly as it seemed his exit was thwarted. Great. Turning his head as she called, he watched as the water came his way. But quickly he ducked behind his cape to avoid the majority of it.
So now, his cape was wet. But that didn't matter. It would dry quickly from the heat. He watched as she began to run away.
"And that's suppose to do what now?" His eyebrows had raised as he watched the mare run off. Well, at least now perhaps he could head on his merry way.

She turned slightly hearing the voice again. She took one look at his face and could tell he was puzzled a bit by her actions. "Just my way of saying thanks!!!" She cried before bowing her head and charging forward. She grinned watching as the sand flew out from under her, it felt almost like flying, but a bit more gritty.
It was a little said to see her adventure coming to an end, but she needed to get back to her search. This little trip had taken long enough. As fun as it was to torment Mozen with her singing and wild antics she was busy. "I'll come back and visit you some other time Mozen! When I've found who I'm looking for!" She shouted over her shoulder to the dark speck in the distance.
She told her self that she meant it, she meant to come back. Of course at the rate her search was going it could be years. She'd try to wait to mess with him again, though it may be hard.
