I don't have time to read through all of your quest now, but I'd like to point out a couple things:
1. It's supposed to be your main accounts name in the the thread title, not the character's name.
2. In the RP you were describing her tail as wagging when she was happy. Otters don't have a lot of horizontal movement in their tail, and I have nevre seen them wag. I know ferrets, which are related to otters, will have the tip of their tail twitch really fast when they are excited, but I don't know if otters will or not. They will make little grunting noises when they're excited though. I'd suggest seraching for sound clips online of it.

Don't have a lot of time...but yeah, watch your spelling and grammar and tense. Will comment more later. xp
EDIT: All right, its now later. This is a little harsh, but just remember that I'm trying to help you fix a few holes to make the best possible quest (please don't murder me, and feel free to kill Alan's character):
All right, the first thing I thought when I saw PI/Vigilante was "say WHAT?" Vigilante? I looked into her history to see why a young, somewhat attractive 25 year old with a French accent would turn to vigilantism...but saw none. There may be a reason, but you don't make it clear. What draws her to being a Vigilante/PI? Was her parent's store robbed, and the perputrators not caught? Also, how did she get to that point?
The next thing I saw was her favorite songs, books, etc. Why does she only seem to like American and British stuff and nothing French. If she was born in France (and apparently still lives there), then why doesn't she have any French rock or what? Do a little research to help that...
On that note, how did she learn English? Once again, it seems that she has lived in France her entire life, and there would be no need for her to learn English. Maybe through her vigilantism? Or did she move to American/UK after school to pursue Criminal Justice?
Is her last name pronounced Som-MER or Som-MAY? Maybe her father is an American, which would explain her interest in American things.
All right, now some positives:
Like the insomnia stuff, and the reason for the otter. Also, I like how you give a reason for each of the scars, and they aren't just randomly there. Except for those few holes, I really like the idea of a pure French character on the island, although I think that Joli might be one. I think that if you work with it, Collete will be awesome at life.
Sorry if it seems like I'm completely destroying your character--I'm just trying to help you from a fellow quester standpoint. I like Colette, and can't wait to RP with her tomorrow night! (Alan should provide some interesting reactions). Good luck, and if I've really hurt your feelings (if I do, I DIDN'T MEAN TO!!! gonk ) you can definitely rip out Alan's jugular if you want sometime.
