Why would Dai be the sniper he was the CK last game gonk crying

The odds of having a killing role twice in a role are (2/(Average # of people playing))^2. But because we know Dai had a role last time, that raises the odds back to the normal 2/(# of people playing), which is just as good as everyone else. So...who's to say Dai isn't the sniper based on that?
