Neji blinked a few times, turning his head in Kabuto's direction. "Hn...Alright, I guess. You?" He didn't exactly sound like he wanted to have a conversation, but he really did.

"Eh, could have been better. Falling from that tree didn't really seem to help me, either." Kabuto sighed adn looked to the starlit sky. His hair fell back and caught the rays of the moon. An almost invisible smile formed across his lips. The full moon always seemed so beautiful,"Do you like the night sky, Neji?"

Neji nodded slightly, almost as if he was a small child being offered candy. "Sometimes it calms me..." He muttered under his breath, sitting back down on the ground.

Kabuto looked back down at Neji. He slipped silently to the ground and leaned back on his hands,"Neji, why do you stay here? I know that you do not want to be a part of the chain anymore. Is it because your uncle could kill you in a heartbeat if he felt it nessecary?" He knew he was prying, but, Kabuto simply wanted to know.

Neji looked at Kabuto for a moment, pausing before he answered. "I stay here because it is my job to. I have no plans on disobeying the Hyuuga Clan and bringing shame to their name." Part of him felt that was the biggest lie he could've ever told anybody, but the other side continued to tell him he was right for what he said because that's what his father would've been proud off.
"Don't you ever want to leave Orochimaru sometimes?" He looked back out to the moon, attempting to read the light from it if there was anything to read at all.

"Only part of you feels that way, doesn't it?" Kabuto shifted to look at the teen beside him. He searched the male's features to try and find the answer he was looking for. He didn't become Orochimaru's right hand man for being a blind, ignorant ninja.
"Sometimes I feel that way. Some of the things he does don't really seem completely thought out and he works almost solely on desire. He did take me and many others in. He brought us back to this world because he thought we would be useful to him. We may only be tools, but, we feel...needed there."

Neji blinked a few times. Was he really that easy to read? "No." He lied quickly, closing his pale eyes for a moment.
"You don't need to stay there....You could easily become a ninja for a village that isn't lead by evil. Even tools have standards." He sighed, remembering words his father once told him. Why was he thinking about a man that was never to return? He just bit his lip and contemplated everything in his mind.

Kabuto sighed, disregarding the other lie. He wouldn't pry.
"It's too late for me now. Everywhere I turn I have enemies. I know Konoha will never accept me here again and ever since Gaara became the Kazekage, the Suna and Konoha bond has been stronger. I will stand by Orochimaru until the day I see fit." Kabuto reached up and pushed his glasses back up the bridge of his nose,"Why do you ask?"

"No reason." He lied again, unsure as to why Kabuto couldn't just leave Orochimaru this instant. "...You're in Konohagakure now. Why?" Neji looked at the silver moon yet again. Something about it tonight made him feel...Diffrent.

-The Kazekage continued to walk, ignoring the boy mercilessly. No battle, he couldn't sense any lust for blood, and the revenge that the Uchiha so hungered for wasn't active tonight. Disgusting, their lack of hatred. Gaara turned the corner, and he stopped walking, placing his left hand against a wall and leaning against it, crouching low as his right hand delved into his hair. His head began to throb in pain, all his fault for thinking of blood, causing the Shukaku to become excited and dissapointed all over. Gaara let a sharp exhale escape his mouth as he looked ahead, nearly broken in the strain.-

Kabuto fell back to the ground and let his hands rest behind his head,"I can't tell you that. It's a secret." Kabuto said the last part with a little joking evident in his voice. He had to let loose every now and again.

Sasuke just shook his head and continued to walk. He really wasn't in the mood to mess with Gaara. What was with that guy? He reached a bench that seemed pretty far out of sight. He was here looking for Kabuto, but, he had no idea where to start. He hadn't come back from the mission Orochimaru sent him on and now Sasuke had to go and search for him. Not cool.

-Gaara ran his fingers through his hair, standing back up. He shook his head slowly, and decided to follow the Uchiha. He turned on his heel, and began to walk, calm and collected once more. He followed the general direction Sasuke went in and eventually found him, speaking in his harsh and distant voice.-
"I heard you left Konoha, Uchiha...."
-He stated lightly, his white cloth blowing from his shoulder as a breeze swept by.-

Neji looked at him questioningly. "What, exactly, do you mean by that?" He laid back as well, resting his hands on his lean chest.

Kabuto gave Neji a little smirk,"It means it is a secret, of course!" He looked back to the sky. All joking aside, he spoke again,"I couldn't tell you even if I wanted to."

Sasuke looked over at Gaara. He supressed a sigh at his comment and looked him in the eye,"I did. And you care, why?" he slipped his hands into his pockets and let himself slide down slightly.
