Umm, not sure how old are you, but think that not too old.
You can try to come as an exchange studen here in to Finland study here in English language. That way you can meet your friend and study as well.. while you'll be studing, you'll learn a lot of things here and may decide, do you like it here or not. But you'll be better to study well, that you'll have enough points to stay in. wink Maybe that thing suits you well?

Why would you? Why would anyone??
I am serious. Unless you've got family or something here, why would you want to even visit? Even in the mentioned scenario it's debatable, because if they aren't all in prison or something, but still won't move out, they might not be the kind of people you'd want to be seen with.
And nobody say nature. Nature, in all it's wisdom, has managed to spread itself to all kinds of places, most of which are not Finland. Despite the efforts of certain would-be presidents, it's not like we've got a copyright on it.
