Been slow on my end, sorry. Life has been a little unexpected. Lots of family issues and such so I haven't had a chance to work too much on the project. But right now I've been working on how I can make the animation more true to Ohkami-san's style.
I can't promise though but I'm going to try. I had an awesome dream about it and it looked so cool. If only I could share it with you guys, then I wouldn't have to bother with drawing it! ^^;
But yeah, that's the news on the project for now.

Wow, this is exciting! Even a commercial-length animation is a dream come true heart
I know pretty much nothing about animation, so I'm not sure how much advice I can offer ^^; However, I will say that while I'm not too crazy about Lykouleon and Nadil's faces at this point, I think the dragons are GREAT, and the pencil-test with Raseleane is lovely too. I can't wait; I really hope you can pull this off, and I wish you luck!

Yeah...the storyboards could be better, but they're not needed to be high quality so I don't stress over it to much.
As for the question of color. It all depends on money and what method I decide on dooing. I'll be receiving the most updated version of Flash Pro in two-three weeks and I'll be testing out to see how working through flash goes. If I like it, theproject will be done in color. If I decide to do it by hand...well, then it all comes done to money and wha I can afford to do.
Vinyl paints are expensive and hard to find and so are the clear cels to paint on. If I do it by hand, I'll either be asking for donations or it'll be done in the simplepencil test stage you saw with the Raselene test.
As a random note, I'm looking over revising what I have in the storyboards so far. I've been focusing too much on scenes from the series and I have some different ideas in mind that may help the movement of the commercial better. I've also been wrking on a website for it where you'll be able to find the most updated of informtion on the project and sketches and find out what it is a need most at the time.

I talk too much. sweatdrop But the website for the project is up. And I'm definately going o hve some wonderful developments within the next two weeks to share with you all. For now I guess...the site will have to suffice.
