"Can I show you the water that goes on forever? Shairi says that it's the most beautiful thing ever, may I show you?" he understood her discomfort and that was the only way he knew to answer. He cared a great deal what others thought and that is why he left his adopted mother in the first place. Tisha had loved her birth children more, or atleast he thought so.
"I don't want to make this hard, if you wish to leave, then we will go to the moon and back.."

Kari's frown disappeared when Hasidi suggested going to the endless waters, and it was replaced by a curious expression. It was a lovely place, by the sounds of it- and if Hasidi wanted to see it, she would not stop him from going. She might like to see it, too.
"I'd love to see that, if you could lead the way," she smiled at him with a short nod.

Hasidi laughed a big rolling laugh and thought about leading the way. He could not think of if Shairi told him the exact way but it must not be /that/ far, right? He smirked his new smirk and looked into Kari's eyes. she was his inspiration for most things and it would all work out well.
When Hasidi had set out on his journey it was in search of his family from the past, what he found was his family for the future. Even if he never found his roots he found Chuakari the prettiest little cheetahess he had ever set his eyes on.
"I can find anything as long as you're there," he said confidently, boastfully, and almost shouting, "I may be slow though, but I can hunt for us, and find the way."

Kari smiled at Hasidi, just as optimistic about things. Even if they did not find the way, as long as they were together she would be happy, and she had faith in what he said about finding it. She sighed happily and nuzzled against Hasidi, this time intent on remaining like that for a little while.
"Ok, it's settled then," she replied, not bothering to remind him that she can help with hunting no matter how bad she was at it, "We'll go to find the water."

How his life had changed from that lost little boy from so long ago; it seemed like yesterday that he was finding his big giant of a Tisha, just a few hours since he had first met his terrified older brother, and mere seconds since he saw little Neph stumble her first steps. And now..? Kari seemed a million miles away and at the same time she was glued next to him.
He had told her little aobut himself, and he wanted to reveal that he would someday like to visit his swamplike home lands, but for now? It was better to enjoy the thought of having a traveling partner.

Kari's mind reeled over her life just as Hasidi's did, things were going to be so different from now on. Her whole life had been spent in this area, most especially by this waterhole. She'd been a member of a new forming coalition, and only ever met a couple of it's members. Her mind went to the only creature, aside from Hasidi, that was the same age as her- Sawia. She didn't really want to have to face Laio, tell her that they were leaving, but she did want to see her friend.
"Can we go see a friend of mine before we go?" she murmured dreamily. Everything was so calm and pleasent..

"Of course!" He would be thrilled to meet anyone that Kari found to be a friend, "as long as he or she would want to meet me, I know I can be hard headed sometime," he giggled.
Bravely he leaned over and licked the top of Kari's head. The blush spread again and he turned his head away towards the water.

"I'm sure she'd be happy to meet you," she replied, smiling fondly at him as he turned away to look towards the water. Her nose wrinkled in amusement and she stretched out her neck and gave him an affectionate lick on the cheek. Then her eyes looked to the water, just how she'd started out, except now her thoughts were on much happier things.

He looked back at her after her outward affection and nodded knowingly, she had confessed her love first but until that moment he was not sure she really meant it.
He sighed and decided that his life would always be this wonderful, there would be nothing to keep him away from Kari, and nothing to take her away. His life seemed perfect right then, and nothing could be better than waiting for the sun to set and staying beside the one that he had recently confessed his love for.
