I think it's 29 flutes over here...but 57 Clarinets?!?!?!! Which school do you go to?

I think we've got about sixty clarinets... A bunch are changing to flute or sax for concert season, though, so I don't know how many there will be then.

mikodono In my band class at school there are only two baritones. It's sad but not alot of competition for first chair which is very nice wink The competition is horrible for first chair when there's only one person. No matter how hard you practice, you're always last D= The thing is, our band isn't small, it's the biggest one in the school. We just need more people to play horn...

2 bassoons!!!!!
Yet we have more (and better) sound than our weak trombone/euphonium section....
try to figure that one out.

5 Saxophones
9 Trumpets<----That's my section! One of the largest thank you biggrin
2 Baritones
2 Trombones
2 Mellophones
3 Tubas
9 in Drumline
3 in Pit
5 Color Guard
I'm pretty sure that's right!

Tarashia There is one horn in our horn section. That might be two soon, though xD sorry random question i have seen alot of the badges that you have in your sig and i was wondering how you got it?

There are two bassoons in my section including me. It's not really a common instrument. dramallama In fact, we're the only 2 at our entire school!

Emmeral We have about 14 flutes... Wow, after seeing how many other people have... We are small... To ours, you are a large band, 3 flutes. 20 clarinets and a lot more. About 40 people in total.
