The girl couldn't help but giggle a little, a smile appearing on her odd features. "Antony's revenge for... whatever it is you did. If anything." She motioned for him to start walking with her in the same direction he had been taking earlier. "I don't blame you though. A lot of people would seek out alcohol to forget what's going on around them. Especially in a place like this."

Miller shook his head, "Ugh all I did was call her crazy for snapping at me for asking a question about her tails." He got up slowly finishing his job of brushing the sand out and then followed after her. "I didn't intend to forget just to have fun, instead I ended up makeing a fool of my self and pissing off some wolf guy by getting his girlfriend to dance about naked as a dare."

"Eh, a lot of people are sensitive about what they look like, it's best not to ask them." Amaya shrugged, looking back at him as he caught up. She then blinked widely. "Ohhhh, heh... you prolly mean Ambrose and Angelina." Wow, now she was REALLY glad she had missed it.

Miller chuckled softly, "The same advice you, Nita, and the guy in the bed sheet told me." He tilted his head trying to recall the names of the couple. "Not sure on names, guy had blond hair, looked like a wolf and the girl was brown hair, kinda cute with a little fur and a tail if thats them."
He shrugged, "I think the wolf guy was pissed in general because everyone got to see his girlfriend dancing about and didn't want them too. Well he was too chicken to get up and do it him self so kudos to her for being bolder then him."

Amaya gave a snort. "Yeah, that's them." She had never really liked Angelina since it always seemed like she was looking down on her and was scared of her or something on the very rare occasions that they had met... but ah well. She didn't see much of Ambrose that much either.
"So why were you out here anyway? Just takin' a walk?" She asked.

Miller raised an eyebrow, "I sense a disturbence in the force, some one isn't on friendly terms? Don't bother explaining the large tiger guy seemed to hate wolf guy a bit too."
His face turned bright red, "Ah well... I'm looking for my clothes from that night... I ahh was dared while drunk to march about naked and ummm between what ever Antony gave me and some Jack better judgment was not on the winning side and I ended up stumbling off in nothing but boxers..."

The lizard laughed. "Alright, clothes finding it is." She looked around as they talked. "And... eh. I like Ambrose, he's been around before even I got here. Kinda like my older brother. Angelina though..." A frown tugged at the corner's of her reptilian muzzle. "I've only ran into her a couple of times, but it's always like she's scared of me or something. Can't exactly blame her though." She said sadly.

Miller shrugged and grinned a bit, "Fine by me." He shrugged, "He didn't seem like a bad person, just very easy to provoke but that might just be the wolf in him getting mad?" He frowned, "You don't look normal sure, but you're not like eating my face so why should I be afraid?"

Amaya smiled, glad that, despite her apperance, even a fully human could be unafraid of her. "He probably just didn't want his mate dancing around naked for everyone else. So... yeah, it probably was the wolf in him. That and he's always been a pretty conservative guy."

Miller was getting used to the whole animal people thing to a point. He could live with it though it was still odd. It was more so his own change he was afraid of. "Makes sense, didn't help his girl decided to toss her underwear to the tiger guy." He chuckled recalling the incident.

The lizard girl just made an acknowledging sound, nodding. Her thoughts on how to have fun were a lot different from most teenagers, parties and doing such things like getting drunk and playing Truth or Dare not exactly being one of them. She always felt like she brought down everyone else because of her shyness or because people saw her as a "little sister" more than anything else.

"Huh? No." Amaya blinked, looking up at him. "I just don't really have anything to say... that kinda thing is something I tend to stay away from. Not really good at parties and all that." She said, yellow gaze looking around for his clothes as they walked.

Miller shrugged a bit and kept looking as well, "I never partied much at home either, but being new here I had to do something. It's not like we have English class to force us to meet new people any more." Bad joke but it was true.

"Yeah, I know what you mean. Being brought here and then having nothing to do can drive you insane." Amaya said. "But after awhile you start to get used to it. Or I have at least." This brought up another question she thought to ask.
"So how long have you been here? Couldn't be more than a month."
