QT2 IN AN INTERVIEW, HE WAS ASKED WHY HE CHANGED TO A POP-ISH STYLE, HE SAID I WANTED TO TRY SOME NEW THINGS, AND I DONT THINK I'LL BE GOING BACK TO ELECTRIC ANY TIME SOON. I'M HAVING FUN WITH ACOUSTIC...... DON'T QUOTE ME ON THAT. WHY ARE YOU POSTING IN ALL CAPS?

Krayzee QT2 IN AN INTERVIEW, HE WAS ASKED WHY HE CHANGED TO A POP-ISH STYLE, HE SAID I WANTED TO TRY SOME NEW THINGS, AND I DONT THINK I'LL BE GOING BACK TO ELECTRIC ANY TIME SOON. I'M HAVING FUN WITH ACOUSTIC...... DON'T QUOTE ME ON THAT. WHY ARE YOU POSTING IN ALL CAPS? lol I was wondering about that too... Glad someone asked. Yeah, Miayvi is changing but change is a good thing; it shows how talented he is and that he can do other things BESIDES his previous style. That's one of the reasons I respect Miyavi as a musician and a person. The fact that he is doing this consciously only makes it more ... amazing. I love his acoustic guitar anyway so I'm VERY happy that Dokuso has come out. Unfortunately... I can't get it yet... crying

Kirei Yosei He's maturing. All of his albums have been somehow significantly more different than the others. I personally think hes trying to find out who he really is. I think in the past, he was just been enjoying himself, experimenting, having fun, and maybe he thinks its time to settle down and grow alittle. i know I see your point but i have to agreee with Hagane no Renkinjutsu. He is changing. I mean, I don't mean to cuss but, he's turning f*cking soft. I mean, i love the music like pop is dead, oresama shikou, ippiki ookami ron, etc, but now he is coming out with soft sh*t. But i do agree with you. Miyavi definately seems like he is maturing. I'm sorta happy because my precious singer is growing up but I am at the same time sad because he is definately changing.

If he joins that band, he may have to stick with one sound. I'm curious what the band will sound like.

Dr.Phil metaphor moment!
He's like... the weather, he's always changing but always coming back to the same styles. He could be rain one day, sunshine the next, and then snow. He could then go back to sunshine or rain, he changes but he's always the same.

i haven't really noticed Miyavi changing all that much =/
he has his crazy times, and calm, emotional times.
i think every singer has that =]
you can't be crazy and spazzing out, when you write a song as great as 'Kimi ni negai wo' 3nodding

True.
I made a theory that the weird people can express themselves more through the arts.

It's simple we are all used to the old Miyavi he is maturing which doesn't have to be a bad thing. He shouldn't be tethered to what he was. Seeing him change is great. I mean we are all going to miss the old-spazzamatron-meevs but who knows the change might bloom into something really great.

Hagane no Renkinjutsu I guess so...but...he's just so cute haha sweatdrop well he couldn't possibly change THAT much. at least he's got that little heart sticker on his cheek for kimi ni negai wo...lmao. and the animals playing the instruments...haha. i think the only song i don't like (and i pretty much like everything) is senor senora senorita. personally, i think everyhting in that PV just...didn't work. i agree, i wasnt too thrilled with S.S.S. the lyrics and all. i LOVE Kimi ni negai wo, i listen to it daily, well i did until my mp4 charger died and the batteries ran out x.x i'm going on a MYV withdraw and its kinda scary...i want MY BACK and my comp is Dial up so i can load it on youtube gonk i need to watch the Kimi ni negai wo pv yet, i want to. i like the rock version of him too, especially Coin Rockers Baby. i like Papa Mama Nozomare(sp?) as well (i bet i got that name wrong though, i've seen so many diff names for it) but even though i love the spazzy miyavi he is getting older and is maturing, i just hope he doesnt go too far and completely ditch the spaztastic-ness

Miyavi never changes for me. And everyone is growing up. What's happening to Miyavi is also happening to other stars. It's happening to everyone! So it's normal, and Miyavi is still spazzy (look at his interviews), but getting a little bit older... And to be honest, I like him more this way. Probably because my friends don't seem to look strange anymore when I tell them I like Miyavi. They used to do that when he was more spazzy. Same thing with my parents... ^^;
