"Hey! Snape kills Dumbledore!"
crying cry
Seriously, I bawled my eyes out when Dumbedore died. Also when Sirius died. I've read all the books at LEAST 3 times and I still cry whenever I read those parts.
I heard JK talking about book six and she said, "I'm sorry but Dumbledore is DEAD and he isn't coming back." That was totally buzzkill because I was harboring the hope that, what with the pheonix symbolism and all, he'd be coming back, but... -sniffle-
So, who else thinks McGonagal is going to get the job of Headmistress? xd

Oh and also I reacted with like shock when Dumbledore died. I think I read those pages at least three or four times before it sunk in and then I went " gonk crying WHY IS HE DEAD!?"

Well... with his portrait, he's still not *entirely* gone, even if it's a red herring JK's throwing out.
And I'll be rather disappointed if McGonnogal *doesn't* get the Headmistress job.
On the other hand... I wonder what percentage thinks Snape was evil all along, and what percentage thinks he's just "getting in the camp" with the Death Eaters. Of course, I still think he's a horse's a**, but that's a little different than being a traitor.

I mean he hated Harry from the beginning and was holding what his father did against him! Pshh the guy was a jerk and evil to start with I knew he'd turn on them! *grumble grumble pout*

Heheh I agree that Snape is a foul-tempered b*****d (Well, I can't *actually* speak as to his parentage, but...), but is he really evil? He had the chance to kill and/or disable Harry on numberous occasions, but...

...But Harry was right there with everyone else after the fall; wouldn't that have been the perfect time to finish him off? Confusion over D's death; Voldemort doesn't need Harry anymore...

He still had the protective magic, though, and Snape would have been I.D.'d as an enemy if he had stuck around.

hehehe Well, as I said, only one person really knows; and the rest of us will all know soon enough. Well, maybe not soon *enough*, but... I still think Dumbledor knew what he was saying when he told Harry he had his reasons for trusting Snape. ^_^

aretoo, you will have to explain those clues in greater detail for me. I just don't get it. I watched V for Vendetta and don't get the link, but then again, small details escape a while after I've seen or read something.

Guy Fawkes was the person who was supposed to have been captured trying to blow up the Parliament, along with the King. Fawkes, the pheonix, is an entity of fire. Fawkes = Kaboom!
