at the rate of how things are going, slowly i noticed people beginning to get caught up in what is popular and guess what I hear people listening to? thats right j-rock. it aggravating, because most people are just listening/liking it because its becoming a fad. (or at least here where i am) but I still will be pissed if it becomes a huge fad like i don't know invader zim is. Because these people are trying to be cool so they will become obsessive over it like everything else and ruin it for the true fans.

This is a complicated thing.
I want my favorite artists to come to the US, so it's easy for me to see them, as opposed to not being able to see them at all.
But I don't want just anybody and everybody to like them. I feel it will lose its specialness, for me.
As for Hot Topic, I like being able to get the merchandise there, cause I can have it right away, instead of having to wait for it to arrive in the mail, and then most likely damaged.
But if it were a matter of them all going mainstream cause of stuff being sold at Hot Topic, then I'd rather buy things online, so that wouldn't happen.
