She turned her head to snapp at his muzzle. Not meaning to bite him by any chance but at least to get him to back off.

"Who says i'm alone." She had that human that lived by the lake. So that wasnt alone. "I have friends"
The human didnt exactally count as a friend and that was realy all she had, but he didnt have to know that. She was not about to admit that the way he spoke intrested her. Nope, that would admit that she actually liked it when he talked to her and that wasnt the case

"What makes you so quick ta defend y'self, chere? Remy said he could be wrong..." He could have been wrong, but he knew he wasn't. She never spoke of anyone else, afterall, and with how cool her demeanor was she certainly wasn't attracting others to her.
He turned his body away from her, looking back over his shoulder as he spoke. "Remy leave you 'lone, chere... You ever change your mind an' you think you need another sort o' friend... You come find Remy."

She snorted. "That was far to easy." Shaking her head she leaned down to nose at the grass at her feet. He was too easy to brush off, he'd never get anywhere at that rate, and why the hell was she thinking he needed to get anywhere?

He snorted softly in return; his snort more of a soft laugh than an action of anger or frustration. "Chere, you tha one makin' it too easy. You want Remy to go or you want him to stay?" A slight smile was trying to take over the features of his face but he managed to keep the most of it at bay.

She looked up slowly. She really had wanted him to walk away right? That's why she had been short with him so far.
Grumbling slightly she kicked at the grass. "Maybe i want company ..... but i was hoping for intelligent company"

Her tail swished slightly as she grinned. "I just insult everyone, that way no one's special and i know i'm treating everyone else the same." It was a rather lame excuse and she knew it but she couldnt think of anything else besides things that were rather more mean than she wanted to be.

"Sounds like you confused, chere." He turned slowly to face her once more, tail flickering idly behind him as if keeping time. His head dipped low for a moment, raising if only so his eyes could meet hers.

"That's not confusing." She snapped, mostly becase she knew it was and that it didnt make sence.
If she didnt make friends she didnt have to worry about anyone hurting her or hurting anyone. It was simple and perfect and she wasnt going to admit that it was a rather lonely way to live

She snorted and turned away. She wasnt going to start thinking of him or wanting to talk to him. She could find far more intresting other's to talk to. Espically if he was going to think he wanted to talk to him. Well she'd prove him wrong. She'd make him come to her if he wanted her attention.
Picking up a slow trot she headed away from the dark horse. Nope. She'd never think of him again, never ever.

He laughed as she snorted. Some mares were all the more beautiful when they were huffy and she was certainly one of them. Her wild spirit was in her frustrations. "You thinkin' 'bout me already, aren't you, chere?"

"No." The quick snap of her voice proved her words to be a lie better than an agreement that she was could have been.
Of course she wasnt thinking about him. She could find far better things to think about than a stupid dark stalion.
