Last year, I dressed up as a witch, and all my friends went, "Hey, how come you didn't dress up???" We all laughed.... razz

For anything called "Samhain", I'd still go with the Celts for info.

Good. I don't like groups who want to "honor my ancestors" etc. Its on the same lines of people who want to pray to YHVG for me for whatever reason unless I say they can.

I like the idea of transitional/reflective holidays - but then again, I thrive off of introspection xp

Presents, feasting, family... Some people I only ever see at Christmas.
Thanksgiving is great too, but some years we don't do anything... sad

I sent in my letter. I just cant wait till I get the items. (I even got one for a raffle) *hint hint*

I wish you all have a Blessed Samhain! I hope everyone has fun tonight. I, unfortunately, have to work tonight. We're suppose to wear costumes... not too happy 'bout that, because of the fact that it's always so hot in there and I'm going to die in my costume. I'm going as a vampiress, except, I'm just wearing the dress (it has longish sleeves and it's like a velvety material)... no fake vampire teeth or anything... just the dress... I know, I'm lazy. I was going to go as a Witch, but that's what I always dressed up as when I was a child (I had always wanted to be a Witch), back before I knew I could actually be a real Witch. And so, I decided to be different this year.

And then, after I come home, I'm doing my Self-dedication and then my Samhain ritual! I'm excited about that!!
