I've gotten my friday nights full.. and it's not for social reasons...ugh. Im a looooser.

Nah, I'm normally at my dojo on Friday nights too. I don't really have that much of a life, but then I look at all the morons who go out on Friday nights, I have to wonder if being at the dojo is so bad.


Heh. I'm in my MA class on fridays, too.

Hmmm, looking back at his thread I'll put my current schedule so I can to compare how my trainings changed with the old one.

Mondays: Turn up at my training partners thai boxing club early between 18:15 and 18:30 and hit the skipping rope hard and fast until the session starts (about 19:00). The session is an hour and a half but I then leave 30 minutes early to get to my local Judo club for about 20:10 and train there for an hour and a half.

Tuesdays: Judo training at another local Judo club for 2 hours (19:00 - 21:00)

Wednesdays: Depends If i'm running a session then it'll be for up 3 hours of standup/grappling/self protection training. If not then I have a conditioning sesison which can either be a weights session or a session where i'll use my own body weight (which is what i'm currently concentrating on) This will consist of 500 press ups broken down into 5 sets of 100 (current goal is to be able to do 5 set of 200, which i'm trying to build up to). I will also do an accumulative of 1000 squats whcih I alturnate between the sets of press ups. I may break it down into 4 sets (set of 300, 300, 200 and then 200). I can currently knock out over 600 squats before stopping but i'm aiming for 1000 in one go (which is a current work in progress.

Thursday: I'm either at the boxing gym for 2 hours (20:00 - 22:00) or i'm with my training partners or/and students at my gym running a similar session to wednesday.

Friday: Usually the same as Wednesday.

Saturday: Usually an afternoon session at my gym with a group of lads that I train which lasts up to 5 hours this again consisits of grappling/striking/self protection.

Sunday: Usually I end up down the local boxing gym for an 90 minute session under a very good local instructor where we concentrate on striking/ grappling as well as street orientated stuff. Just after the session finishes i'll end up training with the local boxers who turn up and spar for an hour or two. Some times I end up at my gym training with training partners instead.


Sometimes i'll rest on a wednesdays or a fridays if i'm too shattered to train but i'm taking whey protein suppliments and creatine daily which is helping alot.
